Techblr rigging question

Ok friends, I need new gloves for working fly rail. The ones I have are a little loose and are great for splinter protection when doing carpenter work, but they're getting pinchy and my hands are getting beat up. Any recommendations? Fully black would be dope, and it'd be ideal if they had that conductive fingertip thing where you can use a phone. Ideally for less than $40, too. Thanks everyone!

I work at an opera house that likes to go all out which means we currently have these 40 ft sword blades hung from battens that stab through the stage. There is also a very large head of Odin with a sword in his eye. (These photos were taken from our third floor fly rail so the scale isn't awesome but it's still some dope theatre shit)
