Okay guys…I think I found a workout I actually won’t dread going to. Hello FlyBarre! I was a ballet dancer for 15 years and I loved the amazing benefits it had for my body. This class gets you all the benefits of ballet, but in a high energy total body workout. Ashley and I had so much fun, we were crying slash laughing through the pain. Our instructor Cassie was bad ass. Totally motivational but she made us laugh through the hard work! FlyBarre gets Looking Sharpe’s Seal of Approval. Cheers to many more classes in Chicago! (And cocktails to numb how sore I am)

4 mile walk + a 1hr barre class done earlier had this body shaking!😖 Barre has always been my nemesis. I’ve never been able to complete a class without taking mini breaks😫But I keep coming back because of the fantastic benefits.

It provides: - Greater range of motion - Increased strength and endurance - Increased flexibility - Targets and strengthens core muscles - Improves body alignment - Easy on joints - a Full Body Workout
All of the above are super beneficial for runners since it can help lead to better posture, running form, improved speed and prevent injuries.
