Goooood Morning!!!! #TBT to me last night at Spin with @scottie2310 at @flyfitnyc when I started keeping up with the class was not happening. Now not only can I keep up but I've mastered these push-ups which look easy but they really aren't. I have to say that this class and Scottie have really helped me so much. I feel so much stronger and motivated to push myself further. So thank you Scottie.
