How about the Tinkerer/Science leaders of the factions react to sole giving them a copy of the robot workbench schematics and blueprints for all the bot pieces? What sort of thing would they create?
Ingram: She asks sole where they got it, sole refuses to answer and Ingram gives them a side eye. Still she uses it to create a whole bunch of mini liberty primes, Liberty Secondaries if you will.
Stuges: Oh lord you’ve never seen such a massive smile on his face, (this is what I used it for) he creates a bunch of robots called “Minutebots” these guys all have their own names (for example the ones I created were Ted and Harriet) he also uses it to repair Sarge. Each of these guys is assigned to a settlement to protect it, the bigger settlements have more.
Tinker Tom: He probably freaks out for a little while, but then he creates a Mila bot, he’s super excited, insists that you got it from the institute, no matter what you tell him.
Institute Scientists: (I don’t remember the main tinkerer for them I’m pretty sure it was all of them) The institute scientists would think it was a foolish thing. It would probably end up rotting away in a desk somewhere until the kids found it, the kids create a bunch of fun robots as toys. It would become a hit with the kids of the institute.
One of my old Fallout 4 factions aesthetics: the Railroad. This collage / moodboard is loosely based on their HQ at Old North Church and its catacombs. There are old skeletons, flickering candles, bags and crates with supplies in the crypts.
No surprise that all the photos were taken in Shanghai: three of them are from Disneyland, two are some downtown churches and one is from a really interesting art exhibition about human body.

Our mission in the Commonwealth is clear: the Institute and its technologies must be destroyed in order to preserve our future. (x)
