Salad experiments: Blood Orange Sesame Salad 💯
Ingredients (Makes 2 servings)
2 cups fresh spinach, or mixed greens
2 blood oranges, peeled and sliced
a handful of macadamias (FODMAPers limit to 20 nuts per serving)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1-2 spoonfuls of goat cheese
juice of one lemon widge
olive oil, drizzled
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Add greens to a large bowl and toss in olive oil. Add the remaining ingredients, tossing well. Divide into two, enjoy :)
