Truly, nothing unfucks your head like cleaning your house

#at some point i have to stop myself #you can clean Too Much and then the horrors find their way back in #my floors are vaccumed #the kitchen table is clear #the dishes are done and ive tidied my fridge #i dusted #folded laundry #if i do anything besides cooking dinner i will have a mental breakdown though #ya know?#ive done enough

i’m literally amazed that it’s not only possible but actually relatively easy to be a functioning person (dishes, cooking, laundry, etc) now that I’m on meds that really work for me.......truly incredible that i have any executive function at all outside the hours of 3pm-5pm......wow
