Customers are angry and asking us what exactly they expect us to put on their bagel, managers are incapable of stocking out the cream cheese properly so then we have online orders coming in aka more angry customers....I just wanna know one thing. Do you want listeria????? It’s not our fault the shit was contaminated and you’re welcome for not poisoning you.

The little forms of relief seem to exude huge improvements to my mental health. If you have issues that could result in catastrophic failure, do what you can to initiate those processes because often the process will reveal unforeseen safety. The sky is always falling because the world doesn’t stop spinning.

I had to get my partner to come pick me up already. I was there for just long enough to cook the pork before everything went to shit. I think they held off for that express purpose actually, so I took that too alongside all the stuff I baked. Even if it's not purposeful I'm not going to surround myself with toxicity, and if they're going to be a bunch of assholes they don't deserve the food I spent so much fucking time on making. Idc that they are my blood relatives. If my mum's going to project her eating issues onto me and try to make me feel guilty for eating I want No part of that. Going to my partner's family's instead because they actually really enjoy my company and don't emotionally bash me every single fucking second. They will be happy to have me and they'll actually appreciate the fact I made food instead of being weird and entitled to it because I'm their child. I think this is the last time I'm going to try spending my Christmas with my blood relatives. I tried, I really did, but it's been 20 years and it's always been the same, but I don't live with them anymore so I don't have to be there. I don't owe them shit. I'm not going to let this ruin my day.
