Since it's a rainy day figure it would be a great time to share some other pics of that #hamandbeansoup with corn muffins, which is a classic in my book.
1. Seasoned ham with @gustusvitae #kentuckykick
2. Baked at 350 convection until reached internal temp of 128
3. Glazed with some homemade honey rum glaze and finished baking until internal temp reached 145
4. Used half of the ham and bone for ham and bean soup.
5. I also used slow cooker superstar along with some french onion from Gustusvitae along with chopped onions, carrots, celery and some cannellini beans.
