I'm so wildly interested in food systems and history and its nutritional, ecological, economic, political, and cultural impacts.
Rotten on netflix is absolutely my shit and so is anything written by Pollan or Kurlansky. I need more and to go deeper into it but I'm not sure where to go from here! I took a free online course on food systems and listened to the entire great courses history of food lecture series.
I'm just. Obsessed. Still want to start a podcast lol.
I dont know if anyone can help by suggesting books or courses or anything since idk how to tag this but I figured I'd ask??
