If you're feeling hungry all the time maybe it's not the fact you're not getting enough calories but that you're picking poor food choices... 😐 . Should you go eat lots of fruit and veggies? 🍎🥗 Well yes, you should they are super high in micronutrients (the things that keep us healthy on the inside) and not only that you get a lot of bang for your bucks as ‘most’ tend to be high in volume and low in calories. . There is a lot of foods that sneak up on people where they have the mindset ohhh that's 'healthy' and somehow this disregards the fact it could also be high calories ; . 🥄Granola 🐠Salmon 🥑Avocado 🍳Coconut Oil 🐦Seeds 🥜 Nuts . Our advice here. If you can't lose weight and think you're eating 'healthy' then go and track your food accurately for a week and see if you're not shocked. I'm betting you will be Ⓜ️ .
