Just got my $15 mystery box in from @bekkathyst ! I was watching the package tracker like a fiend waiting for this to come in, I was so excited. I’m so glad I bought this, there’s some great minerals for really cheap.

I just want to let you know that FG is AMAZING. One of the best fics I’ve ever read and in the top 5 (pretty sure I’ve read >1000 fics at this point across >15 fandoms and >30 ships).

I put off reading it for the longest time because there are so many couples - I like most of them - but I was scared because there didn’t seem to be a clear end game (and I didn’t think I’d be interested in the mercs storyline or Sebchal or Lestappen) and now I can’t stop reading (but also trying to read slower to savour it)

And how wrong I was about my interest in the couples by the way. Your Sebchal scenes - I loved them so much and I found myself hoping to see more. The mercs storyline is SO interesting and I anticipate it as much as all the other storylines. I already liked Charlos, Piarles, Carlando, Maxiel, and Dando so I welcome all of that. But……….your Lestappen is actually my favourite couple now……..everything between them is just so nostalgic and painful but also lovely and it HURTS. I’m also so invested in the Max/Daniel/Lando triangle now and all I can say is: “I’m unwell babe”. (And please don’t break Lando’s heart again sobs)

Words can’t describe how much I love Lestappen now, especially your version of Lestappen and I look forward to more heartbreak reading your story.

P.S. there are so many scenes I’d love to go into detail about and tell you how much I love them but just listing the top “two” would be every Lestappen scene and the Carlando goodnight scene

lestappen was never a ship i really entertained until FG and now it's got a special place with me, particularly in this universe.
