Tobey walked through the cloudy night feeling somewhat conflicting and sorry for his life. An evil genius stooping so low to save some lives? He always thought it was impossible for someone as evil as himself to be a goody-two-shoes. Tobey could never fathom reaching the level of 'good' that was WordGirl. The thought alone was preposterous. Though he always known he had to be good in order to get a sliver of WordGirl’s love, but being good wasn’t fun nor rewarding. Tobey would know he tried once.

If Souls can be considered my most successful WIP thus far (and I do think it deserves that title), it’s entirely bc it’s a fic I can get distracted from/leave for a bit and come back to.

This is the second time now I’ve left it hanging to go focus on something else (the first was when I went off into the Owl House for a bit). I still have plans to engage with the Magnus Archives (and perhaps make content for it too), but now that my curiosity has been satiated, it’s loop back to the wip I let go for like a week time.
