My interests tend to shift (not too long ago I was deep into Sonic), but at the moment I’m working on my biggest project yet: a multi-arc WordGirl fanfic that’s equal parts crazy and funny (I hope).
I don’t really have “favorite characters” so much as favorite dynamics the relationships and interactions are what fascinate me. Some of my top picks:

stuff about me:
I love reading, fanfic, published books, faves being the Spy School series. I've been following the series since I was in fourth grade and it's such a cute story.
I love drawing, I started this account around 2024 so that's when I actually started practicing drawing. I literally have such low-self esteem that it wasn't until I saw my sister get better at drawing did I actually think I, myself could be better.
I draw with some iPad that I had for idk 5 years? still works. I use Ibis paint, and am a finger user. If you'd like the brushes I use just send an ask and I'll give you a list that I use.
I have been painting since I was little, something I was actually a bit better at than drawing.
I am Mexican, my parents are Mexican, not sure where I'm going with this. But tamales, pozole are tuff. I'm a nosabo kid, I can speak Spanish, write Spanish, somehow can't translate English to Spanish. I can't understand much Mixteco, but I'm trying. Overall I can make tortillas and not burn my fingers in the comal.
I'm homeschooled, and socially unavailable, online stuff make me feel tuff and have courage.
I like hiking I love that where I live there are so many national parks, I go hiking like 2-3 times a week. Gorgeous views in the peaks I tell you.

STRICTLY IN THE CAPACITY OF A HUMAN AU (WORDGIRL)

I was deeply smitten with all the fanfiction I have read on AO3 of Wordgirl (check my bookmarks to read them!) one of my favorite ones being Turning Saints into the Sea, Space Age Love Song, Two Sides of the Same Heart, and many more. These made me crave more but then I realized that there were no more to read. What horror! So like any sane writer I decided to write a story that mixes my deep desires and crossover all tied into a story that hopefully makes sense.
First of all I just want to say that I am taking a different approach to writing. This time I am just giving myself a summary of the whole ARC and I can choose what to write for each chapter. I am writing the rubric as I go or even forgoing writing some spaces to give myself creative liberty in every part.
Second of all I love studying sociology and hints of institutional racism, will appear fitting in WordGirl's contemporary world.
Third of all many scenes and chapters are based off prompts I've seen around and created. I will not add a list of the prompts because they will spoil the whole fic (if I haven't spoiled everything already).

Summary ARC 1 : With the abrupt firing of the narrator, Fair City, and its hero have to grapple with the existence of death and misfortune. Becky Botsford and WordGirl alike have to adapt to the change, with nobody to lean on or understand them. In the same time WordGirl's hero complex gives her a time sensitive mission which forces her to join forces with her rival Tobey McCallister III...
Alternate Summary: What defines a HUMAN? NOUN- a man, woman, or child of the species Homo sapiens or other (extinct) species of the genus Homo; a human being. Just like ART is defined by our hands; our actions define us as HUMANS. With the narrator gone and the integration of WORDGIRL into the UNIVERSE, she grapples through a world plagued with death and misfortune. Furthermore WORDGIRL infected with an illness brought, from deep within the cosmos, struggles with being POWERLESS and weak as a HUMAN. But humans aren't weak, she comes to learn, laying on a medical cot. The actions of her friends and evil villain TOBEY MCCALLISTER the III show her otherwise. This is the first ARC of STRICTLY IN THE CAPACITY OF A HUMAN which shows the resilience and love of humans.
Central Idea: Arc 1 explores how humans are not defined by weakness but by strength to rise above it.

Summary ARC 2: The city- or well WordGirl had come to terms with the absence of the NARRATOR. Discovering that true strength comes from the love and trust of those around her. She can trust them with all her being, and isn't that the best part of being a HUMAN? Loving and caring for one another?
Alternate Summary: There are some things happening in the city, something odd...It almost feels like someone is working under the shadows... but now Becky (WordGirl) is busy, with school dances, gala's, as does the delicate task of repairing and deepening her friendship with Tobey... maybe he'd like to go with her to the dance? She still doesn't have a date...
Central Idea: Arc 2 explores how humanity is found in the joy of connection, trust, and everyday love.
Summary ARC 3
She should have known, that the difference of the city hinted at something bigger, and sinister. WordGirl should have known--Becky should have known. She swears there is someone pulling the strings from bellow the surface, there is someone, but who? WordGirl is unable to search further as the laws and orders against her are threatening her, keeping her stuck as Becky Botsford for most of her day. Villains hide, some disappear.
Tobey? Where are you?
I can hear the pain of the citizens, the cries for help, the city stays quiet nonetheless. Kid Math, hide, do no move! Be quiet city! for I can not hear where my loved friend is...
City? Why have you turned your back on me?
"WE ARE WORDGIRL!!"
Central Idea: Identity, loyalty, and the cost of heroism are topics centered in this last ARC. This arc is also going to contain the MARVEL crossover that will make sense once you reach the climax.

The valedictorian happened to me and my friend. Some other girl beat us to it...but im still convinced my counselor sabotaged my GPA no joke like I told her this one time when there was an obvious flaw she didn't do anything so I went to my coach and he fixed it up but like im pretty sure my gpa should have been higher than 4 no joke.

also Ima be like rewriting all 13 chapters and then moving to rewriting the second arc 13-21 and then editing chapters up to 28 and posting it even if it isn't a completed last arc. Well that's my idea but you know might change my mind.

He always thought it was impossible for someone as evil as himself to be a goody-two-shoes. Tobey could never fathom reaching the level of 'good' that was WordGirl. The thought alone was preposterous.
Though he always known he had to be good in order to get a sliver of WordGirl’s love, but being good wasn’t fun nor rewarding. Tobey would know he tried once.
I keep on feeling like my ao3 summary is insufficient in describing my story and so I seriously keep on changing the summary. Please let me know from the choices below what sounds much more compelling. Thanks!

C: Too many rules broken, contracts nullified, the narrator no longer the narrator. The world is now different the moon looks real, the sun feels warm. Your emotions and actions now made by your free will. Nobody seems to feel the change, almost uncannily, accepting every word as truth. Amidst the simple and complex days, throughout the excitement and dread of life, Becky (WordGirl) can't help but wonder how she fits in with no audience to captivate. Can an alien be human? What does her value amount to?

MRS. MARVEL - a normal human in the golden era of super-humans. With 60% of the population with the Terrigen gene or some sort of super power being normal seems a bit too normal. Married to Kal-Varr (an alien from the Kree empire. Though she doesn't know that until his death).
Mrs. Marvel or better known as Marvelle Marvels works in a branch of MoonGirl labs™ that collaborates with McCallister technological industries™
She has a simple power which is danger sense (like the spider-man danger tingle thing) yeah that's it. Mrs. Marvel loses her dearest in the Great War of the Fallen (war between planets). Due to this she gives herself up for CRYO a dubious scientific organization which places her into cryo-sleep. Marvel wakes up in the year 3050 in a war ridden Earth her plan? To look for WordGirl a hero from the GOLDEN ERA 2020
