Blocking a yarn project is a normal thing and because I almost always do lacy things, I usually block really hard to get it to open the way I want.

Today, I needed it to get to a set size that I knew it could reach, but also knew would need a very very hard blocking to get it there.

I went to Devan's Greenhouse today!

I told myself I would only pick up a couple houseplants, I wanted more Calathea, and maybe a couple cactus or succulents.

...I mean I DID get two Calathea ( triostar and variegata) and three small cactus..

As well as a jasmine vine, a rose (??? oh god), begonia and peony bulbs, root powder, a hummingbird feeder, and another pot with a trellis...

At least it all fit in my trunk.
