Last night I attempted my first forearm stand! These are SO difficult. I obviously need to build up some more shoulder muscles, ha ha. I never did gain enough balance to pull off the wall, but it’s a start. I tried to bend one my knees in an effort to gain some balance like I can in headstands but it’s just going to take some time! I DIDN’T FALL ON MY FACE THOUGH!! Thanks to Andrea shortgirlstrength for giving me a few pointers :) Also, next time, leggings for sure. . . so I don’t have to show all you people half of my bum :D
