Roger looked over her once, shrugging slightly, letting his sweater fall off his shoulder a little bit, a sweater with a sleeve being held on with mostly safety pins. "Yeah, guess so," he replied, not really caring much about what she did in their building, if anything he would have welcomed her being a horrible neighbor, it would keep the rent cheap enough to keep him and his roommate off the street. In his apartment behind him were assorted furniture he and his roommate had salvaged from charity shops or for free on the street, a cassette player by the window playing a punk album from a band in the local scene. "Word to the wise, the landlord's a piece of shit, if you need something fixed you ask the guy in 1A, he'll fix it for free and not slip any sneaky fees into your rent about it," he said casually, if someone new was going to be living there he might as well make sure the landlord didn't screw her over. "The landlord's a fucking leech, don't trust him with anything you've got problems with," he added.
