Ok, forward splits. Day 61

This morning I woke up feeling a little sore but not too bad so I did some light stretching. 

Hip flexors

Hamstrings 

Pankcake folds 

Frog pose

Quad stretches - One new move I have added because this is needed to get my needle pose

I wasn’t very warm so I didn’t push too hard

Day 3: Still sore

Although I’m still sore from the squats, I was able to a longer stretch session today. I think the foam roller helped.

30 minute warm up - Used foam roller and twin ball foam roller for myofascial release.

Straddle agains wall - 5mins

Forward splits 5 ins, both sides, three rounds.

I noticed by the end of the session I was much more flexible.
