SINYE Sulfonic Acid Catalyst is the matching hardener for SINYE No-bake Furan Resin. According to the different room temperature and sand temperature, users could choose different types of hardener to get satisfactory curing speed. By adjusting the addition rate of the hardener (30-60% of Resin), you can get different bench life and stripping time.

SINYE Ester Cured Alkaline Phenolic Resin  

Characteristics:This binder system doesn’t contain harmful foundry elements: Nitrogen, Sulfur, Phosphorus, etc., which is especially suitable for the production of steel alloys, carbon steel and ductile iron casting. The binder system has second curing under high temperature and good thermo plasticity, which can reduce hot crack, veining, defect of steel and ductile iron casting, as well as improve the dimensional accuracy of the castings.

SINYE CO₂ Cured Alkaline Phenolic Resin  

Characteristics:Free of Nitrogen, Sulfur, Phosphorus etc. harmful elements, which is especially suitable for the production of steel alloys, carbon steel and ductile iron castings, avoid foundry defects caused by N. S. P.Good thermosplasticity for the sand mold, keep off hot crack defect for steel alloys, carbon steel and ductile iron castings. This resin binder system is available with core shooter for automatic production, or manually making the mold and core, or facing sand, backing sand use cooperatively with water glass CO₂ sand.

SINYE Cold Box Resin

Characteristics:Higher strength, better water resistance, easier stripping, less mold sticking, better fluidity for the mixture, longer bench life, faster curing speed, better toughness and collapsibility on high temperature, lower free formaldehyde, reduce benzene class gases by 70%.
