Some eye things I headcanon Silver can do. They glow more intensely and his powers get stronger depending on his anger level.

Other headcanon things below cut.

- Lv. 1 anger eyes mostly serve as intimidation.

- Lv. 2 (and 3) anger he may lean more to using physical attacks amped up with his psychic power.

- At lv. 2, his anger may get the best of him, but at lv. 3, he's pretty much uncontrollable and it will take a lot to get him to come to his senses.

- Lv. 2 and 3 drain his energy fast. If that energy runs out before he calms down, it will take days for his powers, and by extension Silver himself, to fully recover. He will be greatly weakened after waking up from a brief coma. If he does manage to calm down, he will be very exhausted, but he won't be fully weakened.

- Lv. 3 also serves as an All Out/Last Resort if there's no other option, but it takes a lot of concentration and control. Activating all that power and staying in contol of it after prolonged use may cause Silver pain.

Pearls! A sugary sweet, bubbly lass who is working to become the main leader of Ygeis, the healthcare governmental position at the behest of the other leaders due to her experience and the fact Selui has gone missing.

Selui Tuft! A shoebill/‘monkey’ Griffeux who’s gone missing! They haven’t gone missing they simply refuse to leave their home. They’re extremely experienced in curing many an Affliction and is happy to teach Pearls everything they know so they may quarantine in peace. Just stay, ten feet back. . .

Valor Olinn! There’s some speculation on what he is, but in short- He’s a big dumbass. He was elected into leadership by the people of ‘The Holy Peaks Washed in Lumidyn’s Light’ (THPWILL, I’ll never type that again)

Goldleaf Mirn! A Xanthochromatic Falcon/Cougar Griffeux. He runs the treasury and criminology section of THPWILL and is scrambling to teach Valor important, interspecies manners. One could also say he’s the Religious head of their city as well.
