Familiar Perspective

"Familiar Perspective" is part of the Musings and Outlooks series that I created after a trip I took to Colorado and several of its State Parks. The reference photos I took while there have inspired a series that depicts small details from these places that so often can be overlooked, but upon noticing them and allowing yourself time to explore its characteristics are greatly enjoyed. I think of these pieces as a sort of abstract landscapes of their own.

This painting is framed in a sturdy but sleek maple frame with a 1.5" profile. It is completely archival with UV Non Glare Picture Framing Acrylic in place of glass and Archival Mounting Board backing.
