FIRST robotics AU

--Catra is on a team (The Horde) and Adora is on a team (Brightmoon Robotics) and they are the two best teams in the region. Every other team follows their reveal videos. An unnecessary amount of time is dedicated, on both sides, to keeping their plans secret from the other.

--they both end up advancing to Worlds. Glimmer: how about we scrimmage with The Horde before Worlds? Adora: HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND, THEY'RE THE ENEMY! Bow: "Gracious Professionalism™!" Adora: FINE

--they scrimmage. (oh no, the lead programmer is hot. --Adora. Oh no, the team lead is hot. --Catra)

--their booths are next to each other at Worlds. How? It was actually a mix up; The Horde is about three years younger than Brightmoon, so they shouldn't have been placed next to each other by number, but Brightmoon got moved accidently.

--five STRAIGHT days of tension

--"are you going to chezy champs?" Adora, trying to show Catra up but with no plans to take the team to chezy champs: "yes. Are you?" Catra, with no team plans to go to chezy champs but wanting to show Adora up in off-season: "yes."

--"glimmer, we gotta go to chezy champs." "The fuck Adora??"

--"Scorpia, we gotta go to chezy champs." "Is this about Adora?" "No!!!"

--(they get together in the off-season)

Head canon that high school AU Catra is in FIRST Robotics Competition, a program based around making STEM a fun, supportive sport where no one can be mean, and joined because she thought it was battle bots and doesn’t care what judges, her team, or her mentors say she’s gonna MAKE IT BATTLE BOTS

Working on the logo for my FRC AU! Theres gonna be text going in the blank space on the side so yeah

Its a major symbol of the black alliance in the lore, their members are known for wearing it.

so, i kinda got bored so i decided i would come up with some movesets for characters in my FRC AU, Secrets of the Black Alliance, if they were in a roblox Asym game (kinda like forsaken, die of death, etc) as of rn i only have some for madtown and halley ( whos based off comets 3357 aka my team) so here they are

MadTown (killer) Slash - basic move, slashes her axe at survivors, dealing 10-15 damage

Throwdown - throws herself forward from with her axe, landing on the nearest survivor and dealing 25-35 damage depending on distance (10-100 studs), with surrounding survivors recieving 5-10 damage from shockwaves from the attack.

Spiral - throws her axe at surrounding survivors, dealing a starting damage of 10, and multiplying by 2 for every survivor hit (up to 5 survivors in a row) and inflicting fearful for 5 seconds onto each survivor hit.

Delusion - throws a vial of Nexite at survivors, inflicting Delusional I-III on surrounding survivors, creating a pink haze on survivors screens and limiting stamina to half, with the haze being stronger depending on the level of Delusion inflicted, depending on the distance of the atttack (10-50 studs).

Halley (survivor)

Starstruck - shoots forward like a shooting star at the killer, dealing 10 damage and stunning them for 3-5 seconds depending on a distance of 10-30 studs.

Stardust - halley uses stardust to heal his health by half the original (ex:if he is at 20 health, it would increase to 40), and giving him speed II for 5 seconds.
