What's more useful, MTBI or astrology?

It's a bit embarrassing to admit but I have actually found mbti a bit helpful, especially in my relationship with my girlfriend where we can use it as a spring board to get to know each other and how we "work" so to say, and it's even been helpful sometimes to understand more how we can react quite differently in conflict without that being personal. But it must be said that both of us have autism and have struggled quite a bit with understanding how humans work, so then a framework can be helpful but I would never want to make it a crutch. It is a bit funnie to talk about with her tho. I think a friend of mine summed it up well when my gf and I tried to include her in a conversation about mbti : isn't that just astrology for men?

If I'd been differently inclined then maybe I'd rather feel that way about astrology, or about a system where I am a splorgus based on the moles on my arm and my gf is a plirk based on her moles on her back - whatever gives yet another springboard to get to know each other better

What is a classic book you wish you could have read without having to actually read it?

This is such a good question, off the top of my head, either moby dick or dantes inferno cause they both seem so dense and long. I'm at least interested in dante's stuff tho so probs moby dick since it'll be more boring for me

Do you have thoughts on The Memory Remains? It came up on my rewatch recently and I'm surprised we don't really about it more. I felt like the black bull as lucifer is so on the nose it makes the whole episode feel more like a fable than a real thing that happened. And it's written by the person who brought us Gunner Lawless, so you know he's on tea gay!Dean. The waitress thing was so uncomfortable. But I can barely follow the plot of the last half. What the frig is happening?

actually, I do that every single time!

starting in September 2020, I started editing both halves of a song every time, and uploading the alternate ones to my patreon!

as of today, I've got 197 "other halves" of songs on there, with new ones being added all the time

and a couple of the older songs I've done do have the other halves of them up on tumblr - those are all linked on my song list page (though the rest of that page is horribly out of date and hasn't been updated in months! whoops!)

so, yeah! the other versions of these songs are out there for sure! but I will warn you - they are often stranger and not as coherent as the ones I post to the blog. I have a fun method for picking which ones end up here, as opposed to on patreon.
