What is his dynamic with Arcade like on a regular day? 👀
I am so happy to hear other people love Freakshow as much as I do!!!! Literally leaves me giggling and kicking my feet lol
Freakshow and Arcade's relationship started out with the very "overt flirtation" when they met, but for a few weeks they both were convinced that the other wasn't genuinely interested. Cue so much awkward will-they-won't-they conversations, pining, subtle flirtation getting either unnoticed or misconstrued, etc. Until they finally manage to actually to confess those feelings... which ignite like a canister of gasoline, lol.
By the time they've established a relationship they're very close: they're practically inseparable! Arcade for once feels like he has someone who he can genuinely trust and see eye-to-eye with, and Freakshow has someone who he can depend on and feel genuinely loved by. Arcade is good at keeping Freakshow from being too impulsive, while Freakshow helps Arcade live a bit more wildly than he would have before they met.
Day-to-day life for these two is very busy: Freakshow’s trying to liberate the Mojave from the grip of the Legion and NCR, after all. Lots of traveling, organizing community development in Freeside and beyond, killing Legion spies, sabotaging NCR plans... it's tiring work! They always make time for each other, though. They are both frequent yappers who will spend hours chatting, Freakshow loves listening to Arcade read any books they find, they both like cooking together, they frequently have sex and enjoy that kind of intimacy, cuddles are an absolute must between them, etc etc etc. Even just traveling from one settlement to another is an excuse for them to spend quality time together. Long story short, they're attached at the hip and would very much like to keep it that way.
