Thinking about my sleep paralysis dream/nightmare this morning and while I’m kinda freaked by it(bc it doesn’t happen often at all) it is kinda funny to me bc I remember “waking up” to the blanket being pulled super tight against me and was like “oh, fuck!” Then very quickly was like OH FUCK we’re in sleep paralysis, stay calm, keep your eyes closed, and just try to keep moving until you regain movement. There were points I’d try to open my eyes and I couldn’t event if I wanted to anyway, I’d just see the smallest slit of the room , and idk if I got my arms under control before the rest of my body but I remember trying to pick my head up and shake it around with my hands and but maybe that was part of the dream and I woke up all at once. Idk I’m not we’ll versed in it I just know I don’t like it and I need to get it out.
