Considering Firefly is a arsonist for hire who works for businesses like Gothcorp (at least in Batman 2004) and Mr. Freeze is a scientist who almost lost his wife because of the head of Gothcorp (at least in Batman: The Animated Series), I really can't imagine these two getting along at first. Hell, I can imagine a world where firefly was contracted to take care of freeze by ferris boyle. That might actually make for a really interesting story. Fire and Ice. Enemies who maybe learn to be more amicable? Or alternatively get Gotham caught in the crossfire of their private feud?

I love how Batman 2004 gave them almost opposite personalities. Freeze is a cold and cunning man who speaks in deadpan, overly serious tones. But Firefly was a quick witted man who jokes around a lot and zips around, buzzing and shooting off lasers in combat. They're very different, but I like the differences. It helps emphasize the real fire and ice thing they have going on, honestly.

Yeah freezefly is a funny ship but you know what’s even funnier? Freezefly divorce. Nora dumps Viktor’s robotic ass and becomes an arsonist. Divorce >>>>>>> fridged wife
