Status: Least concern
Distribution: Found in the Carribean, Gulf of Mexico and the east cost of South America along Brazil.
Fish Diets!
Cod: Herring, capelin, sand eels, mollusks [like snails, clams and octopus], comb jellies, crustaceans*, starfish, urchins and sea worms. Small cod eat more crustaceans and large cod eat more fish [so the herring and capelin]. They're also cannibals, with young cod eating as high as 56% cod! Adults only eat up to 10%? That's still tons... they're picky eaters too.
Electric Eels: Enjoy fish, crustaceans*, insects, frogs, toads ans lizards. Some even eat birds, rats and mice! That's all I can find as they're too dangerous to really look into. But birds?!
French Angelfish: Eat mostly sea sponges, such as vase sponges. They also eat algae, moss, coral and tunicates, which are a relative of hagfish and lampreys! They like gorgonians and zoanthids, which are similar to coral, and even eat parasites!
Sockeye Salmon: They're pretty silly; they just eat krill, zooplankton, and rarely small fish. Juveniles eat insects and snails. Adults can eat small crustaceans. But mostly zooplankton.

Axolotl: Earthworms, tubifex, insects, tadpoles, small crustaceans*, brine shrimp [sea monkeys], chicken, beef and fish. Axolotls aren't picky. When kept as pets, live foods, except from earthworms, can carry disease so they are usually served freeze-dried. They also can eat fish pellets, such as those meant for salmon. They eat 3 times a week as adults so every 2-3 days!
*crabs, lobsters, shrimp, crayfish, krill and barnacles are all types of crustaceans!

French angelfish!
Despite the name, they live in the western Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea, from the state of New York all the way down to Brazil! It seems they display monogamy, with two fish viciously defending their single territory from other French angelfish.
