I forgot to do my weekly weigh in this morning 🤦🏻♀️ Maybe it’s a sign from the universe that it wouldn’t have been good news?! We had Cajun Spiced Chicken with a Salad and Walnut Yoghurt tonight. The salad had roast carrot and beetroot, cabbage, pear, tomato and feta with a dressing made from yoghurt, honey, oil, red wine vinegar and dijon mustard. Not a combo I’d ever think to do but so bloody tasty I’ll definitely be recreating it. I ate at 530pm with the kids. It means if bedtime takes ages I’m not getting hangry and Kelly can just reheat his when he arrives home and doesn’t have to wait for me if I’m stuck with one of the kids. It also means I’m not snacking while I cook because I’m starving and will cut out eating anything too late, I’d like to stick to a no food after 8pm rule. The exception being my cleanse tea. I think the saying is it takes 21 days to form a habit so let’s see where I’m at on 8 April!
