On the 4th of July I will watch fireworks and try not to think of how our history is exploding inside my own skin.

They wanted me to write simple love poems about you which would illustrate the way I would come to you with a dozen roses You of all people would know that my way of this is to craft you paper flowers, ask you if you are okay 26 times within the same hour, to slip flowers in your hair I have never wrote simply about you Shaddith//unedited

The closest I have come to the one word definition of you is home

You are so much more than 4 walls. You are arms and legs and fingers and rib cage you are bones and scars and skin and freckles you are lilacs and ice rinks

I griped you tight trying to feel beneath your skin, know the ally ways of your blood stream the sidewalk of your crooked fingers, the way my thumb would feel against your cheek pressing my identity into your soft speckled flesh Your cheek bones glowed moonlight on my living room floor while the rain fell almost as unsteadily as my heart the lips of you felt my plywood mouth and it splintered itself into a home built solely for the purpose of housing this moment, when I am reminded of it my tongue tastes like sawdust,I always mistake it for stardust.

yeah but there's half day kids at the other campus that i've never met because they're half day and on the other campus...haha

She hates orange juice

There is a scientific reason why orange juice tastes so bad after brushing your teeth. But nothing will ever explain the lips of you kissing my orange juice loving mouth that held my freshly brushed teeth.

When you told me it didn’t matter, I tried to brush you out of me, scrapped you of my tongue. the taste of mint slipped behind each tooth. I drank gallons of orange juice trying to forget the sweetness of your mouth.
