Bebek Kaleyo
Fried duck is really popular in Indonesia, especially in Java island. You could find it at fancy restaurant, canteen, mall, even in food stall. One of the best fried duck i ever tried is Bebek Kaleyo.
I ate Bebek Kaleyo in Pekan Raya Indonesia 2017 in ICE BSD, Serpong, South Tangerang.
The duck is massive delicious, soooo tender, savoury and flavourful. It served with so-good-and-crunchy kremes, hot-spicy-but-i-love-it sambal and rice. Every time i come to food festival, i’ll search Bebek Kaleyo or any fried duck. It’s so savoury and oily and unforgettable [Hyperbole mode: ON]
If you come to food festival, i recommend you to try it!
