Imagine coming home from work on your birthday, your coworkers have been telling you happy birthday all day and you got a few gifts, all is good. You open your front door, kick off your shoes, and hang your jacket, tossing your keys somewhere you're not sure where, that would be a headache to find tomorrow.
"Baby! I'm home!" You call out to your husband who surprisingly doesn't answer and doesn't come running to greet you like he usually does, maybe he went out? You brush the thought aside as you go upstairs to your bedroom to change clothes and shower.
But absolutely nothing could've prepared you to the sight you saw on the bed the moment you opened the door.
Your perfect little husband tied up with red ribbon on the bed with a vibrator pressed to needy hole shaking with need (you decide pussy or asshole, I'll be referring to it as hole/entrance) already all wet and ready for you.
"H-happy b-birthday, my love~" He stuttered through the gag, and that was enough to get you hard already, "what's this? a present for me?~" you murmur pulling off your tie and unbuttoning your shirt as you approach the bed, "then I'll make sure to enjoy it~" you purr, making your husband nod eagerly.
You crawl onto the bed, on top of him, with both your hands on either side of his head caging him in underneath you. His face was flushed, drool dripping from his mouth, and that's when you noticed it, he was wearing a collar with your name on it.
You were planning to tease him a little, but that collar sent your self control out the window in an instant. I lean down to kiss him through the gag, licking up his drool causing him to whine a muffled 'don't tease me' or 'that's disgusting' but what it is he said, you weren't listening anyway.
While your mouth got busy kissing his jaw, his face, and his collarbone. Your hands got busy getting rid of your shirt and unzipping your pants and tossing your pants aside, you looked down at the vibrator still pressed against his needy hole, "you don't need this for now." You mutter breathlessly, removing the vibrator and practically instantly substituting it with your cock, rubbing it against his entrance causing him to let out a muffled whine, but you cut him off with one powerful thrust and no warning, shoving your whole length inside of him.
You don't give him time to adjust as you lift his legs and begin pounding into his hole relentlessly, you couldn't bother untying the ribbon so a weird mating press it is, as you fuck him hard and deep, causing him to moan and drool through the gag, eyes rolling back from pleasure.
You remove his gag and toss it aside on the bed, leaning down to kiss him, all teeth tongue and spit as he moans into your mouth like a pretty little whore for you. His hard neglected cock drooling precum on his stomach, it must have been really begging for your attention as you reach for the vibrator you had tossed aside pressing it to his cock making him cry out in pleasure, his eyes rolling back, that was enough to make him cum all over his stomach, overstimulated with his greedy little hole spasming and milking your cock.
With a few more thrust, you bury your cock deep inside him and paint his insides white with your cum, and pulling another orgasm out of him as he trembled with pleasure. But you? You were no where near done with him, this was gonna be a long night.

This is honestly just a little story to see if I could and to make something. I've been sick since Valentine's day and writers blocked since long before then, so it's good to create even a little, you know? This is based on me learning more about animal welfare in my free time. I hope that all makes some sense. If anyone is interested in another chapter, though, it's certainly not impossible :)

Summary: Clea, a college student in a small apartment is gifted a Mini Me: a small mouse-humanoid she names Athena. Clea is determined to do right by the little thing, even if there isn't exactly a care guide. She just happens to miss one rather important trait of her new small friend.
Clea was not stupid.
Unfortunately, she was busy. Between her dead end job, online college courses, and trying to make her tiny flat livable, she barely had enough time to breathe, let alone notice much. It wasn't an ideal time to take in a pet, but it was barely her choice.
Her parents visiting was a surprise that she was barely ready for. She was even less ready for their gift, a real live Mini Me, the tiny mouse-like humanoids that had appeared on the market almost a year ago. She had half a mind to thank her parents and send the Mini straight back to some shelter the second they left, but...
Looking back, she didn't really know why she didn't. Maybe it was the Mini's striking blue eyes that always seemed to be on her, or maybe it had been the breakup Clea had just come off of that left her friend group split. Or maybe she had known since the beginning, somewhere deep down.
Clea named the little thing Athena and discarded the little plastic lunchbox looking cage within days of having the Mini. It took a good chunk out of her savings, but she found a nice indoor rabbit hutch to replace it soon after. It took up a decent amount of space, but at a beginners estimate, Athena seemed happier, especially with the ability to hide and scamper in and out of the little building. Clea had even found it climbing through the little rafters once, to her amusement. Though, not wanting it to hurt itself, Clea had quickly scooped it up and set it back on solid ground.
She's done pretty well, she'd assumed. Definitely better than those aesthetic influencers who forced Minis into itchy looking tiny suits and dresses and sat them in clear glass cages with doll furniture or handled them 24/7. Clea at least had the intelligence to not buy those pellet foods for Athena and do enough research to find that Mini's seemed to have the stomach to handle most things humans could (and it was lovely that that worked out in favor of her meager budget). She also had the sense to watch Athena scramble away and think, hey, maybe she doesn't want to be picked up. For a long while, she practically avoided the little hutch unless she was doing the morning and night feeding and cleaning. She did, every once in a while, have to pick Athena up to brush the little thing's dark wavy hair, but the little whimpers and whines it made broke Clea's heart. Eventually, she made the executive decision to cut its hair above its shoulders, making life easier for both of them.
After Clea had properly Mini-proofed the flat, she started leaving the hutch door open as she sat nearby on her laptop. Athena had sprinted for the nearest wall socket, exactly as every site had said a Mini would. In fact, Athena had done it for a week straight, to a different possible wall entrance every time. Clea had gently corralled her back, helping it find somewhere else to explore or hide every time. It didn't exactly seem pleased, but Athena started exploring with a little less desperation after a while. Within a few weeks, Clea would often see the Mini's pale face peeking out of corners at her and her work. She found that explaining her budgeting and psych essays to those intense eyes often made her work faster, and little Athena shied away from her gaze less and less.
As the winter came in, Athena started shivering, wrapped up in the nesting blankets more often than not. Clea got a little space heater for the apartment, which did seem to help, and Athena came back out to explore, if not as much. By then, Clea had taken to doing her work on the floor and had long since stopped following Athena's every move, so the first time her Mini came up to her of its own accord, Clea didn't notice until it tucked itself right against her ankle and fallen asleep as soon as it had soaked up some warmth. She had nearly lost her mind at the sight, the tiny little being sleeping right against her so peacefully. So she made a risky choice, gently scooping her Mini into her hands and even sneaking a little pet of its soft hair while it rested, warming up even further all the while. Athena had not taken waking up like that well, but after a few days of hiding, it came back. By the time the season ended, Athena would come sit by Clea fairly often, and didn't seem to hate being picked up or given a little head pat every once in a while, either.
She should have figured it then, when Athena had started staring up at the screen even when she stepped away, when her Mini sat through movies looking more invested than she had been.
It took her until mid Spring. The memory of the golden light and sounds of new leaves rustling that day will never leave her, she's decided. That stupid essay about profiling and its faults and merits didn't even end up graded and yet it changed everything.
"Why are all these sources banned? This one's literally vetted by the government!" Clea groaned dramatically, head in her hands as she laid out on her stomach on the carpet. "This is actually so stupid, Nena. Higgins gave us a day for this. One day. He could have at LEAST given us more than ten greenlit sources!"
Athena had wandered over then, glancing over the half finished document that towered over her before settling just between Clea and her laptop, looking up expectantly.
"You're right, Neen, I need to suck it up..." Clea sighed, rolling over just a little and lifting her head again to glare at her screen.
She turned softer eyes back onto her Mini who had found the perfect spot to sit that happened to be completely undisturbed by the familiar motion. Athena chose that exact moment to look away, staring at nothing in particular like a mouse might.
Something in Clea's mind clicked.
Her breath caught and her brow furrowed. No, it couldn't be. It didn't make any sense- no, it made too much sense. She was just too lonely for her own good. And yet,
"Neen?" Clea softly calls the Mini's attention with the nickname, watching carefully as Athena looks up at her name before decisively gazing off at some other nothing.
Animals didn't move with that much purpose.
They stared off at nothing because maybe they saw something humans didn't, or maybe they just didn't have anything much going on in their head. Athena, on the other hand, chose.
The Mini had chosen to sit there, knowing how Clea moves. She had chosen to watch Clea when she had been brought here to understand how this particular human acted and reacted. She had chosen to approach Clea for warmth after deciding it was a safe enough decision.
Carefully, Clea reached out, gently setting her pointer knuckle against that tiny porcelain chin. Athena, as usual, tolerated it for a moment before starting to try to bat the finger away. Clea felt bad, but she ignored the small taps, instead turning her Mini's face towards her until they locked eyes.
"Athena." Clea said, voice as patient and calm as she could make it with the rush of adrenaline that was coursing through her at the moment. "You can understand me, can't you, Theen? You- you can think. Choose. You're... what's the word. Sapient. More than that, you're clever, aren't you?"
The flash of panic in those stormy blue eyes that's covered up as fast as it appeared tells Clea everything she needs to know. Athena stood, pretending to be an animal that might wander away unaware it was being spoken to.
Clea moved far faster than she could think, wrapping her hand around her tiny friend's back and pulling her closer, creating another spark of panic in Athena's eyes.
"Shh, hey," Clea spoke softly, hoping her hand wasn't shaking noticeably with the realization. "It's okay. It's alright, Neen. I'm not gonna hurt you, you know that, right? I just... I don't even know. I think I feel a bit sick, actually. What... how--"
"Don't tell anyone. Please. I'll- I'll do anything."
Clea's eyes shot wide open at the tiny, scared voice and she stared, uncomprehendingly, at her tiny friend for a few silent seconds.
"You can talk?" Clea choked out, finally, pushing herself up to sit, knees to her chest. "Oh my gods and goddesses, you can talk."
"I- um," Athena said, her voice trembling as both girls backed away from each other. "I can explain--"
And she turned, running for her life back towards the bunny hutch.
Terrestrial life is one of changes
It rises, it falls, it expands, it shrinks
And while the stars are not immutable
Their span is on a much longer scale
These lights above me are not the ones
So constant and familiar
That my two and four-legged ancestors both
Could navigate their way back home by them
These lights are not the twinkling diamonds
Born from the exhale of a warm sigh
That captured the minds and hearts
Of scientists and artisans for centuries
Their sparkle is cold, lifeless metal
And impersonal binary.
Yet these are not the capsules of my grandparents
Crafted with hope and fear and passion
In a time when that vast black above
Was not prime real estate to be simply colonized
But a terrifying unknown to be respected
As well as a new frontier to explore
These are cheap trinkets, baubles
Manufactured en masse then left to rot
A passing whim of a creator
Who thinks himself a god of men
But who has already grown bored
Of his own toys like a child
They form a dirty choker around a blue wife's neck
She has always been faithful to him
Even while their heirs slowly poison her
While he looks longingly at the mistress
Dressed in her tempting shade of blood
Waiting down a long and dangerous cosmic hallway
A new star attempts to rise and join its siblings
Forced upwards by man's sheer will
It rumbles, it roars, it streaks across the sky
Searing red as something goes wrong
The chemical smell of fuel instead of wormwood.
Two hundred, five hundred
A thousand years ago
This would have been regarded as an omen
A sign of the coming end of days.
But the true prophets have been blinded
Their clear skies clouded by these false stars
Placed by a false prophet, a man playing god
A father of lies and broken promises of innovation
And so no one listens and heeds the warnings
Until his stars come falling down
A hundred thousand heralds burning bright
Like the stars they pretended to be
Revelations that are realized
One minute too late

A/N: I sort of hate the way I wrote this, but I tried to do it differently than to how I've written before, so before you read, writing in italics is Philip thinking back to the past and what actually happened, and normal writing is the present. Also I’m meant to be asleep so I’m gonna edit this in the morning, night y’all
"Thank you so much for speaking with us today, Mr. Hamilton. Once again, we're very sorry about this."
Philip gave a weak smile, "Thank you, officer."
The woman nodded, sitting down on the opposite side of the desk in front of Philip, "I'm officer Naomi Rosario, I'd just like to ask you some questions about Y/N." Philip nodded, avoiding the officers eyes, "So, would you mind telling me about them? How did you two meet?"
Running a hand through his hair, Philip sighed, "Well, that's a long story."
Naomi shrugged, setting her notebook flat on the desk, "I've got time. I understand if it's an uncomfortable topic, but we really have the best intentions and just want to help them."
Philip's eyes fell down to his hands, which were aggressively fidgeting together, a nervous habit he had picked up ever since Y/N had disappeared, "Well... I met them in high school. I had had a crush on them since I could remember. But, they never seemed to notice me until I finally asked them out." Philip explained, letting out a small laugh, "They said no, obviously. I couldn't blame them considering we barely talked to each other."
_______
"Just talk to them, Philip," he told himself, working up the courage to walk over to Y/N. He approached them nervously, a timid smile on his face.
"Uh, hi." Philip mumbled when he stood in front of Y/N, feeling his heart rate pick up dramatically.
Y/N locked eyes with Philip's warm, hazel ones, and smiled at him, "Hey Philip, what's up?"
"Um, I was just wondering if you're free tomorrow night? I know this great sushi place if you wanted to go for lunch?"
Y/N's eyebrows furrowed in confusion, "Lunch for tomorrow night?"
Philip grinned, "I'll bet you've never been to a place that serves lunch for dinner."
A laugh escaped Y/N's mouth, "Well, don't you just call sushi dinner?"
"I mean I guess you could, I just think it's weird," Philip shrugged, making Y/N laugh, "So what do you say? Lunch for dinner?"
When Y/N's laughter calmed down, they sent Philip a sympathetic look, "I'd love to, Philip. But my friends are making me go to their stupid jogging practice, thingy." they explained, continuing when Philip gave a small nod, "But maybe another time?"
"Yeah, all good, all good," Philip said, sending a reassuring smile, "Hope you enjoy the jogging thing."
Y/N gave a weak smile, "I highly doubt it, but thank you."
_______
"Then what happened?" Naomi asked, writing down notes on the lined paper in her notebook.
An uncomfortable expression flashed on Philip's face, as he cleared his throat before speaking, "That night, they were driving home from somewhere with some of their friends, I think, and they.... they got into a horrible accident."
Naomi's face fell, sending a sympathetic look towards Philip, "I'm so sorry."
Philip gave a nod, before continuing, "I-I was the only one around, so I called the ambulance and got them to the hospital."
Naomi paused writing, looking up to meet Philip's eyes, "What were you doing?"
"What?" Philip asked, his mind racing with fear, though he tried covering it up with a blank expression.
"What were you doing at the time? Why were you there?"
_______
Philip watched from the opposite side of the street, the tinted window of the stolen car keeping his face hidden from anyone seeing him. He leaned forward in his seat when he heard the sound of Y/N laughing, getting a better view as they exited the shop. Philip scowled when he saw all their friends with them, laughing and having fun together.
"None of them deserve Y/N," he whispered, a scowl on his face.
The sun had recently set, letting the dark night sky take over the sky. Philip knew that of course. He had been watching Y/N long enough to know their routine. He had a long enough time to plan this, so nothing could go wrong.
At the sound of Y/N's car turning on, Philip quickly did the same, readying the car for the first few steps of his plan.
He watched intently as the car pulled out of the parking space, and began driving onto the road, Philip following close behind. His breathing was steady as he ran through the steps of the plan, patiently waiting for the right time to hit. His eyes scanned the car as it slowly came to a stop, waiting at the stop sign.
But Philip's car didn't stop.
_______
Philip squinted at Naomi, anger bubbling in his chest, "I was just walking home, and we happened to be there at the same time. What do you think I was doing?"
"Nothing, Philip. I'm sorry if this seems unnecessary, but this information is important." she explained, her voice remaining calm, "Would you mind telling me what happened next?"
With a deep breath, Philip thought back to that day.
"The... the ambulance took them all to the hospital that night. The doctors managed to save Y/N, but their friends... they didn't make it."
"That must've been hard for them."
"It was," Philip nodded, "So I was with them in the hospital room with them the next day,"
"You wanted to make sure they were ok?" she interrupted, jotting down notes when Philip nodded.
"They took the news hard, obviously, so I was just talking with them, trying my best to comfort them, you know?"
_______
"Y/N?" said person's eyes slowly fluttered open at the slightly familiar voice. They squinted at the bright light above them, their eyes slowly adjusting to the bright white room.
"Ph-Philip?" they muttered, their voice was hoarse and barely comprehensible, but it signaled Philip that Y/N was awake, and that was enough for him.
"Oh my gosh, Y/N, you're ok," he breathed in relief, kneeling down beside the bed Y/N was lying in, "I thought you had died."
Y/N's eyebrows furrowed in confusion, "Wh-what happened?"
A look of guilt flashed on Philip's face, "Y/N, there was an accident last night with you and your friends."
"What? Are they ok?" Y/N asked, worry clear in their tone, "What happened?"
"Y/N," Philip began, his tone low as he looked down to the ground, avoiding eye contact with Y/N, "There was a car crash. They... they didn't survive."
"What?" Y/N's voice was barely above a whisper, they could feel tears stinging the back of their eyes.
"It's gonna be ok, Y/N," Philip whispered, shifting his hand forward slightly, offering it to Y/N, who gladly took it, holding it tightly in their hands. Y/N let out a loud sob, tears streaming down their face as they rested their head on Philip's shoulder. Philip felt his heart flutter at the action. Sure, he hated the thought of Y/N being upset. But he knew that sacrifices would need to be made for any hope of them ending up together.
And he wasn't going to take any chances.
_______
"So, that sort of started your relationship?"
"Pretty much," Philip shrugged, "They... they started talking to me more at school, and we became closer, and I tried to be there for them when they were going through some of their recovery-" Philip explained, before being cut off by the officer.
"Recovery from the crash?" Philip nodded, when Naomi continued, "What kind of recovery?"
"Uh, well both their legs were broken, so they had to be in a wheelchair, and do lots of recovery therapy. Stuff like that."
"Right," she mumbled, writing down her notes as usual, before flipping to a new page, "So you two started dating not too long after that?"
"Uh-huh."
_______
Philip could get extremely jealous. Even over things that didn't mean anything at all.
He saw the way people looked at Y/N. At least, he thought he saw how people looked at Y/N. In his eyes, everyone was trying to keep him and Y/N apart. In anyone else's eyes, Y/N was an amazing person, who many people would have a crush on Y/N. But they wouldn't do anything like Philip could imagine.
Nevertheless, nothing, no one could tell him other wise. The dark part of Philip's mind prevented him from listening.
And since he figured it was only a matter of time before someone stole Y/N away from him, he had to make a move.
He waited until after school. He and Y/N always walked - if you could call rolling in a wheelchair walking - home together on Thursday's, when Philip knew no one could get in the way of him and Y/N.
"Y/N, can I ask you something?" he asked, glancing at Y/N, who just grinned.
"You just did." they said, their grin widening at Philip's playful eyeroll.
"You know what I mean, Y/N."
Y/N nodded, "Sure. So what's up?"
Philip took a deep breath, his heart thumping with anticipation, "Y/N, I like you. Like, I like like you. A lot. I-I know we've just been friends for a long time, but I couldn't go on any longer without you knowing how I felt."
"Philip," Y/N spoke softly, warm smile tugging at their lips, "I like you too."
Philip stared at Y/N skeptically, his jaw hanging wide open, "Yo-you do?"
Y/N smiled, nodding excitedly.
"Oh my god," Philip let out a breath he didn't even know he was holding, "You're serious."
"Yes." Y/N exclaimed, laughing at Philip's antics.
"Thank god," he sighed in relief, a wide smile on his lips, "I thought I'd hav..." he trailed off, shaking his head.
"What'd you say?"
Philip shook his head, "Doesn't matter. Can I kiss you?" he blurted out, his cheeks blushing bright red.
Y/N felt heat quickly rise to their cheeks as they nodded, too flustered to produce actual words. Both Philip and Y/N's heart were racing as Philip placed his hand on their cheek, leaning down closer to their face, before finally closing the distance, pressing his lips onto theirs.
The kiss was short, but it meant everything to the two of them.
Philip pulled away, his hand still on Y/N's cheek as he stared into their eyes, looking at them as if they were the only person in the whole world.
"You're so beautiful."
_______
"It was great. We were dating for about two months I think, they had finally gotten out of their wheelchair. Everything was perfect. But then, they tried breaking up with me," he mumbled, his jaw clenching at the thought, "saying that I was too possessive, or something."
"Well, were you?"
Philip sighed, leaning back in his chair, "I wanna say I wasn't, but... I can barely even remember at this point. I could've been, and just never realized it... god, I hope I wasn't."
_______
It was just a regular Thursday night. Philip and Y/N stuck to their tradition of hanging out together on Thursday's with just the two of them. Though, lately Y/N had noticed that Philip would pretty much always get annoyed and jealous if Y/N was ever hanging out with someone else, or even just talking to someone. It kind of scared Y/N. They knew Philip's behavior was unhealthy, and they were desperate to confront him about it. But Philip was skilled with his words. Whenever Y/N even tried bringing up the topic, he would be quick to either shut it down and change the subject, or somehow twist their words around and make it seem like nothing was wrong and that Y/N just imagining his behavior. (gaslighting king)
So Y/N was determined to do something about it.
They swore that tonight, they would break up with him and confront him straight up about his behavior and not let him twist their words. After being at the hospital all day, they had had a fair amount of time to think over a plan.
Of course, following the plan with Philip was harder than they thought.
"Philip, can we talk?"
Philip nodded, barely looking up at Y/N from the textbook in front of him. They were meant to be studying together, but Y/N's mind was too preoccupied to be able to focus on studying, "What's up?"
Y/N took a deep breath, "Philip, you know how I've tried talking to you about how you can be possessive sometimes?"
Philip let out a small sigh, flipping the pages of the book shut to look up at Y/N, "I still don't know what you mean by that, but sure."
Y/N's eyes darted around the room, looking at anywhere other than Philip, "Philip, you know what I mean. You're freakishly possessive of me all the time, and... I don't like it."
(ITH fans where you at?) "What are you trying to say?"
"Philip, I... I'm breaking up with you."
"Wait, what?" Philip asked, a low chuckle leaving his mouth, as he didn't believe what they had just said.
"I don't wanna do this anymore," Y/N mumbled, standing up from the desk, staring down at Philip, "This past month, you've been acting different. You've been too possessive of me. It's like, I can't be on my own for one second or you'll get mad at me, and claim that I don't care about you. And I can't talk to you about anything without you twisting my words."
Philip scoffed, "Well I guess that's true then. You really didn't care about me."
"Philip, that's not-" Y/N went to argue, but was cut off by Philip.
"Not what? Not true?" he asked, pausing as he scanned Y/N's face, waiting for their reaction. Y/N opened their mouth to reply, but no words came out. Philip scoffed, standing up from his seat, "If it's not true then why do wanna leave so badly?"
"Because," Y/N sighed, feeling the familiar overwhelming sensation in their chest whenever they were with Philip, "I-I feel like I can't do, or say anything around you in fear of messing up. I-I'm sorry, but I can't do this anymore."
Philip sighed, shaking his head, ”Come on, Y/N, you’re not thinking straight,” he urged, taking a step toward Y/N, who quickly took a step back.
”I know what I’m thinking, Philip! I’m breaking up with you.” they exclaimed, their heart rate beating urgently when Philip spoke.
”Y/N, listen to me. It’s been a long day, you’ve been at the hospital for hours. Just go to sleep, and we can talk about this in the morning.”
”No, I’m not gonna go to sleep. I’m leaving.” Y/N said, turning around to leave, when a hand gripped onto their wrist. They were pulled back to be face to face with Philip.
”I was afraid you would say that.” he sighed, his grip tightening on Y/N’s wrist when he felt them trying to pull away.
"Philip, what are you doing? Let me go!"
Philip shook his head, "I can't do that, Y/N."
They were the last words Y/N heard, before something hard hit the back of their head, making everything go black.
_______
The police officer set her notebook on the table, facing Philip with an unreadable expression, "Philip, do you feel some sort of guilt for Y/N's disappearance?"
"I guess..." he mumbled, looking down at the floor, "I mean, that was the last time I saw them before they disappeared. They said that I was too possessive. That they wanted to break up with me. I tried talking to them about it, but they wouldn't listen. They had been at the hospital all day, and I thought they were just tired and weren't thinking properly or something."
"And then they left?"
Philip nodded, "They disappeared."
_______
Y/N’s eyes slowly fluttered opened, confusion immediately filling their mind. Their memory was foggy on the events that happened the previous night. So where they were, why their legs were aching and why their head was throbbing, were all questions that they were desperate to know the answers to.
"Y/N? You're awake?" came a familiar voice.
Y/N's eyes darted around the room, when they met with Philip. Their heart skipped a beat in fear. They couldn’t remember exact details about the night before, but they were certain that Philip had something to do with it. Plus, Philip’s previous possessive behavior didn’t exactly comfort Y/N as they frantically tried to remember what had happened.
”Philip?” they mumbled, wincing as they pushed themselves to sit up straight on the bed, quickly being met with Philip’s firm hand on their shoulder to steady them.
”Hey, take it easy, Y/N,” he mumbled softly, handing them a glass of water that was set on the bedside table, “You hit your head pretty hard last night.”
Y/N stared at Philip skeptically, taking a sip of the water, swallowing before asking, “Where am I?”
”This is my house,” Philip answered, sitting down on the edge of the bed.
Y/N tensed slightly, realizing that they were most likely lying in their ‘boyfriend’s’ bed, they cleared their throat, changing the subject with another question, “What happened last night?”
"We got into an argument, and you fainted." he spoke, avoiding eye contact with Y/N. He knew it was a shit lie, but it was only a matter of time before everything was revealed.
"Philip, don't bullshit me. What really happened?"
A sigh left Philip's lips, "You tried breaking up with me. You told me I was too possessive, and you tried to leave. Then you hit the wall, and got knocked unconscious."
"How did I 'hit' the wall? What did you do?"
"Huh?"
"Philip look me in the eye, and tell me the truth about what you did." Y/N spoke in a firm and cold tone, contrasting the fear that coursed through their body.
"You want to know what I did?" he asked in a low voice, staring at Y/N expectantly. Y/N only nodded, letting Philip continue, "How do you think this all happened? Why do you think you even started talking to me in the first place? You really think it's a coincidence that I was the only one there for you after the crash?"
"What?" Y/N whispered barely audible. Their mind was slowly connecting the dots, and they didn't like the picture it was showing.
"I did it, Y/N. I caused the crash," he spoke, his voice terrifyingly calm, "I got rid of your friends so we could be together. I didn't come this far for you to try and leave me like this."
Y/N's breathing was heavy. Their mind was racing. They couldn't even begin to process what they were hearing.
”You… you caused the crash? You killed my friends?!”
Philip nodded, ”Y/N, I want you to understand, it-“
Anger immediately overtook the previous fear in Y/N's body at Philip's words, ”No, you don't get to want anything from me. I don’t have to do anything. You’re fucking insane, Philip. How could you-“
”I did it for you!” he shouted, his voice softening as he noticed the fearful expression on Y/N’s face. “Y/N, listen to me, they were corrupting you, they messed up your mind. If it weren’t for me, you’d still be with them.”
Philip’s words only fueled Y/N’s frustration, “They were my best friends! They did nothing wrong!” they shouted, lowering their voice slightly, though the anger in their tone was still clear, “Philip, if you hadn’t done this, if you had just let them be- just let me be… it would’ve been fine! Fucking hell, I liked you Philip! Before the crash, before you got all possessive, before all this! Why’d you have to do this?”
Philip’s brows furrowed in confusion, “Y/N, why don’t you understand, I did this for us, for you. I had to kill them,” he spoke, the calmness in his voice sent chills down Y/N’s spine, “Aren’t you happy? Now we can be together.”
Y/N shook their head, "I can't be with you Philip," they said, watching as Philip's confused expression morphed into one of anger. Despite the terror they were feeling, they knew they needed to make somewhat of a rational plan, keeping their eyes locked on Philip's the entire time as their hand gripped onto the glass of water on the bedside table, "I'll never be with you!"
With those words, they lifted their arm in the air, throwing the glass against the wall of the room. Philip flinched before whipping his head toward the broken glass, giving Y/N at least two seconds to jump up from the bed and run through the doorway.
Of course, they forgot to factor in the tiny detail of their legs aching, and only realized when they were about halfway through the hallway.
"No, no, no, shit," they hissed in pain. They felt like their legs were being ripped open from the inside with every step they took. It didn't take long for their legs to fully shut down, until Y/N was a sobbing painful mess on the carpeted floor of the hallway.
"You shouldn't have done that Y/N."
Y/N's heart skipped a beat at the voice, letting out a yelp of shock as they felt Philip grab their hands and pull them up into his arms.
"I didn't do what I did just for you to think you could run away."
Y/N shook under Philip's intense gaze, barely noticing the sharp pain in the back of their neck they felt. The pain disappeared as quick as it came, before their eyelids gradually became heavier, and they were struggling to keep them open. Their breaths became shallow, and their vision blurrier by the second, but they could still faintly make out the used needle that Philip discarded onto the floor. Darkness crowded Y/N's vision, and they eventually felt themselves fall forward onto Philip's arms.
"I love you, Y/N," were the last words filling Y/N's ears before everything went black.
_______
Naomi's eyes fell back to the notebook, picking up the pen and scrawling some final notes.
"I think that's all the information we need for now. Thank you so much for speaking with us today, Philip," Naomi said, standing up from the chair, Philip following suite.
"Glad I could help."
The pair walked through the door, where Naomi directed Philip outside of the building.
"We'll let you know if we find anything on them." she said, a sympathetic look sent Philip's way.
Philip just nodded, offering a weak smile before opening the door of the car and sitting inside. The drive back to his house was quicker than expected, and before he knew it, he was stood in front of the large locked door, the rusted key in his hands. Eagerly, he pushed the key inside the keyhole, turning it, before pushing open the creaking door, eyes softening at the familiar set of stairs, and the dim lit room they led to.
"Hey, beautiful." he called, beginning the walk down the stairs, "Sorry I took so long, the officer was asking me a shit ton of questions." step after step, Philip was finally stood on the solid cement ground, "Did you miss me?"
Philip heard no reply, save for the muffled groan that came from body in front of him.
"Right," Philip muttered under his breath, quickly removing the bind that covered their mouth, "So," he began, placing his hand under their chin, lifting their head up to meet their (e/c) eyes, "Did you miss me, Y/N?"
Philip tilted his head to the side as he was met with Y/N's usual glare, their eyes holding anger and fear at the same time. He was used to Y/N not saying anything after being tied up, so he didn't mind. And he definitely didn't expect Y/N to feel anything other than anger and fear after being tied to a chair, locked in the basement all day.
"I understand," he began, moving his hand up to their cheek, "But I can be patient, and I'm willing to wait for you to come to your senses." Y/N let out a shaky breath, their glare only growing colder as Philip continued, "You'll love me soon enough," he spoke, staring into their eyes like they were the only person in the whole world.
"You're so beautiful."
