Partner (other OP) gifted me this awesome book for my birthday! It covers some really old endangered varieties of apples and pears from the Netherlands, France, the UK and a few other countries and was originally released in 1758 by Johann Hermann Knoop, who is considered the father of pomology. The book has some incredible illustrations and is written in old Dutch.
I also tried a cosmic crisp apple recently, which I'll post about soon, and I have a couple of other fruits I still want to poll. Sorry for being so inactive, I've just been working a LOT (I actually just had a two week break but whatever).
