Macadamia, cashew, peanut, pecan, hazelnuts.. 🌰🌰 Can you see from the decoration how happy I am? 😍😋 Like a squirrel in his favorite tree! 🐿🌲So, since the dishes might be a bit hard to classify, I will help: top right is actually a soup with boiled carrots, white cabbage and potato chips. Apart from the nutty decoration already mentioned it also features a melon reduction. To the bottom left is stir fried peppers, also with melon reduction, but this time caramelized. And finally, the first course in the bottom right is one of my typical fruit salad mandalas which I probably never will tire of!! 🤓🙃😍 I just love putting a lot if yummy stuff in patterns!! This one has cherries 🍒, apple 🍎, melon, apricot, cucumber, red pepper, cashew nuts, hazelnuts, lettuce and chia seeds. I hope you enjoyed this post and got some inspiration for your own creations!
