so i played the splatoon 3 demo and,, i love them.
Frye is a buzzing ball of energy, just like the moray eels her family has been training for generations. She develops puppy crushes at the drop of a hat, and then losing all interest when they don’t turn out the way she imagined them. But once she latches onto a relationship, she takes it very seriously! You’ll never get bored while dating her. Frye’s displays of affection are always grandiose and overwhelming, all to show just how much she cares about you. She’s impatient at best and, perhaps, you’ll have to gently turn down her proposal two weeks into dating.
She’s bright, and always fired up. This does mean when she burns out, she does so hard. You’ll have to stop and remind her to take care of herself. Frye is by no means stupid, simply impulsive, and occasionally you’ll have to reel her in. (Though, usually, her wildest ideas are the most fun.)
In contrast, Shiver is someone who cares very much about her image. She’s supposed to be fearsome and shark-like, no one should make her hesitate. While she often teases Frye about her latest infatuation, she’d hate to be at the receiving end. She lets her feelings fester and grow before ever acknowledging them herself, much less by anyone else. As a celebrity, she gets hit on often. Depending on her mood, she’ll either roll her eyes or play along- But it’s very rare she’s actually interested. When she does like you, and eventually admits this to herself, she ends up pulling out all the stops.
While she’s not nearly as affectionate with you in public as Frye, she does enjoy showing you off. She’ll make sure to send fear into the hearts of anyone who messes with you on her watch.

Frye and Shiver had sat on the beach, watching the waves move in and out, the water crashing into the shore. Shiver had her head gently placed on Frye's lap. She let out a happy sigh as Frye slowly stroked Shiver's hair. her eyes were shut as she enjoyed the peace of the moment.
"Where is Y/N?" Shiver opened her eyes "It's.. getting kind of boring despite how nice this is." she looked around, sitting up.
"I dunno! She said she had something important to tell us!" Frye shrugged, beginning to trace her fingers in the sand a bit "We can skip pebbles if you want!" she chirped.
Shiver looked around and suddenly saw a figure in the distance "Oh! Never mind there she is." Shiver pointed at you, a slight smile on her face.
The two cephalopods waved at you, making sure you knew where they were on the beach. You waved back, a chuckle coming from your mouth. You finally made your way to the two, sitting next to them.
"There she is! Missus Y/N herself!" Frye announced as if you were royalty. She proceeded to do a little bow at you.
"You said you wanted to chat?" Shiver spoke up, leaning towards you.
You pause, playing with the sand a bit, unsure of what to start with. You breathe in and out. It's best to just let it flow out.
"I'm trans. Trans femme to be exact." You poke your fingers together as you stare at the two "I know you two already know me AS a girl, I just thought you two should know."
Frye and Shiver look at each other and then at you. "Thanks for telling us, darling." Shiver smiles as she holds your hands. She proceeds to kiss both of your hands.
Frye pops behind you, hugging you from behind "Doesn't matter to us! You're still as beautiful as any diamond OR pearl!".
You smile as the loves of your life cuddle and show you a flurry of affection. You are and always will be, their beautiful girl.

Hi yes hello I’m back and it’s a big fic me and a friend of mine worked on. It’s lore rich story with splatoon x reader. Please read it we’ve worked really hard on it!
I've been trying to write a Frye x reader dic but I can't seem to think of more things to happen so that it is a bit longer since I'm not even on 100 words even if I would finish the fic. Any idea what Frye could drag reader to do with her?
phog and frye are only willing to share you with one another after they sorted through their problems! so by the time you start dating them, they finally get along again!
a lot of times, the three of you try to spend time as a trio, usually just dragged to some bar for drink by frye
though if either of them is busy for a mission, you're all fine with you spending time with just one of them!
there isn't really any jealousy between phog and frye! phog more so looks up to frye and admires him, while frye is proud of phog as well and how he turned out!
phog is the clingy one out of the two! he's very clingy in private, but even in public he'll sometimes just nuzzle his face in the crook of your neck and hug you, startling you a little
frye is more so affectionate with words! he's the type to compliment you and just stare at you, when you're wearing something he likes! he's really not subtle about it at all–
phog and frye's relationship isn't that easy when they arrive on mira. and it certainly doesn't get any easier when the two of them end up falling in love with the same person…
frye doesn't understand why you'd spend so much time with his brother. he doesn't think phog would be the type of guy that'd make you happy! not when he's such a coward…
phog still thinks highly of his brother, but he still believes he's the better choice for you. frye can be a stubborn idiot at times and phog believes that if you dated him, you'd have an easier time!
the two of them pretty much refuse to be around each other! phog might still ask about what you and frye do when you're together, from time to time, but that's about it
it's clear that the two of them do want to know more from you, not just to see how well you get along with their competition, but because they do secretly care about each other…
depending on when you choose one over the other, it could be the final straw in their relationship, ruining everything for them…
frye couldn't accept you dating phog and would end contact with you, if you chose his brother over him, while phog would slowly talk to you less and less if you were to choose frye over him
however, if the two of them managed to talk through their problems before you make your choice, you'll be happily welcomed into the family even by the one you rejected…
