shaking his head as he sent is last text he set the phone down and went to his room where he had been hiding all the presents he had for juliette out of his closet and took at least three trips back and forth between the living room and his room before he had all the unwrapped gifts set on the floor. in that moment he actually realized how much he had to wrap still and his eyes went wide for a moment before shaking his head and moving to grab other essentials for gift wrapping which of course included the wine that he had stashed away for when the two hung out, knowing you could never go wrong with at least one glass of wine. setting the glasses and bottle on the coffee table just as there was a knock on the door, looking up he took a moment before moving over to the door and smiling bright as he opened it, “hey, ready to teach the worst gift wrapper ever? and did you bring the cookies?”
