* Austin jacob thompson was born to his model mother and his unknown father on january 17, 1992. him and his mother have always had a great relationship and he truly considered her to be one of his best friends. he never knew his father and after he was born his mother never remarried but did tell him about how his father left when he found out she had been pregnant and to this day he always denied having a father.
* he did have a male figure in his life to teach him the rights and wrongs of the world and that was his grandfather. he truly looked up to the man and had made a promise that he would always try his best in everything he did.
* when he was 18 though his grandfather had passed away and he could see the shift in his family life as everyone began to pull away from one another. austin took that moment to leave chicago and move to new york where he had begun studying at NYU in theater and music.
* he had always had a passion for theater and music that once he got to do it for a living he never considered it work and now works on both tv shows and broadway from time to time and is currently also helping produce an album. personality wise heโs a guy with the morals of treat others how you want to be treated but he can also be an asshole, but only when heโs drunk.
