Heyloo, do you take riven×reader requests?if so, could you do one where they are dating and he gets really drunk and yells at her for being clingy and annoying. And everyone is really mad at him for the next few days because she has a reputation of being really kind towards everyone. And one day he finds her crying and it's all fluff at the end. Its okay if you cant do it too, but thanks!!
"Why are you so fucking clingy?"
Did your heart just stop beating? It might have. There is a pretty likely chance that your heart has simply stopped functioning because your boyfriend of two years just told you that you're clingy.
"It's like you're purposely trying to annoy me with all this shit!" he exclaims throwing out his arms. He almost loses his balance but that's what happens when you're as drunk as Riven is right now.
"I just asked you to walk me back to my room." You're not sure why he's reacting the way he is, but you hate that he is.
"Like I don't have anything better to do!" He can hardly stand up anymore and with this distance between the two of you, you can smell the liquor on him. You're about to reply when Sky comes around the corner.
"What the hell is your problem, man?" Sky locks eyes with you silently asking if you're okay but you don't even know how to begin answering that.
"I think I'm just going to go to bed," you mumble not bothering to check whether he hears you or not. The music is blasting through Alfea and both fairies and specialists alike are dancing everywhere. You, on the other hand, head straight for the door to the suites. Tonight, you're not exactly in a partying mood. And to be honest, you're not the next couple of days either. You know everyone has heard about what Riven did, and you know they've been ripping into him about it, but it doesn't do anything to relieve the pain in your heart.
Three days pass by before he comes to find you and by then, your sadness has turned into anger. You're a good person. You're always kind and smiling, and you don't deserve to be treated that way.
"Hi." He looks sheepish and rightly so.
"I'm not really in the mood to talk," you say about to shut the door in his face. The tears are already blurring your vision, and you don't want him to see you cry.
"Please," he says and even manages to stick his foot in the doorway preventing you from closing it. That boy has got a lot of nerve.
"Riven, stop." You're so tired of his drama. He's constantly pushing you away, and you're just so tired of trying to stay close. But Riven is nothing if not relentless so he keeps his foot in the doorway and slowly pushes the door open.
"I'm really fucking sorry. I'm the biggest asshole on the planet," he starts and you're not about to argue with that. Crossing your arms, you take a step back and let him in your room.
"I don't have an explanation or an excuse for what I did. I was being cruel for the sake of being cruel." He shoves his hands in the pockets of his jeans refusing to look at you.
"Am I supposed to forgive you now?" you ask feeling angry and petty. You're tired of Riven being able to act like this and get away with it but even now, you can feel your heart thawing.
"You're not supposed to do anything. I just needed to tell you I'm sorry."
"One more stunt like this and I'm done, Riven. I love you, but I can't keep hurting myself by staying if you're not going to be better." It's both a threat and a warning and everything in between because you really mean it when you say that you're done if this happens again.
"I know." You don't talk much after that. Both of you know that this is the final chance to make this work and the thought of truly losing you is enough for Riven to pull it together. He starts holding your hand going down the hallway, he leaves little notes in your locker. Everything you've always wanted and he does it with a smile. Your favorite part is the amount of cuddling he makes time for now that he doesn't feel the need to attend every party at Alfea.
For the first time, Riven stops running from his past and opens up to you instead. It brings you even closer together, and you just know that someday you're going to marry the boy lying next to you.

A cute imagine where Sky saves the reader from getting hurt from anyone. And a lot of fluff please. Anonymous
A/N The first request mentioned Riven too but I decided to just have Sky because at this point, Riven has already been brainwashed so it wouldn't make sense that he's helping and it fit my idea way better.

This is not happening. The scene unfolding in front of your very eyes is simply not happening because if it's happening, then that means you're seeing your mentor being put in handcuffs by Solarian soldiers who'll take him to a prison where you know he'll be fighting for his life because he put half of the people in there in the first place. And if that's true, then you're going to lose it.
"Y/N, calm down." He says it quietly meant only for your ears, but you feel your heart burst anyway. Saul Silva is being put in handcuffs, and you can do absolutely nothing to stop it.
"Please," he adds, intertwining his fingers with yours, but it's too late. You can't seem to catch your breath. It's like you've been sprinting a marathon.
"Let him go!" you yell about to walk right over there and melt away the handcuffs yourself. They don't even bother to look at you - Andreas, Luna, Rosalind. None of them care about your outburst, but Sky does. He grabs you around your waist to keep you from starting a fight right then and there.
"Sky, I swear—"
"Not right now," he mumbles trying to hold onto you despite the heat you're emanating. You have to stop this before Silva gets taken away, but Sky refuses to let go of you, and panic is setting in. You don't even realize that you're crying until the tears blind you.
"Please stop," you plead, feeling your entire body shake from pure panic. How is this happening? A month ago you were getting ready for exams. Sky manages to drag you away from the scene but not before you see Silva get pushed into the back of a black SUV. It's the last drop before you completely lose it.
You're kicking and fighting, screaming for Sky to let you go. You only have one thing on your mind, and that is to burn them all alive for what they've done. What if you never see him again? He's the only one you've ever looked up to. After your parents left, you'd created your own family here at Alfea, and now it was being ripped apart.
"I know, I know, I know." Sky keeps mumbling it over and over again. He's losing Silva the same way you are, and it hurts like hell.
"We have to save him," you plead turning to Sky. His eyes are shining with tears, and you instantly feel horrible when you notice the burns on his hands.
"I did that?" you question, gently turning his hands around, so the palms are facing up.
"I'm so sorry," you whisper feeling another panic attack coming. You hurt Sky. The one person that you know has your back.
"It's fine. I'll heal, okay?" He shushes you as he pulls you in for a hug. Dawn is nearing with every minute, and you'll have to figure out what to do about the new headmistress and her posy. You're not even going to go into the fact that Sky's father is back after you all thought he was dead or the fact that Riven seems to have joined the dark side.
"What are we going to do?"
"Right now, we're going to sit down and watch the sun come up. We're going to enjoy this beautiful thing, and then we're going to figure out how we're going to fix things." You both sit down on the tiny hill looking over Alfea. You know they're going to come for you and Sky. You saw the way Andreas looked at Sky. But right now, you're just two teenagers sitting there watching the sun come up.
"Thank you for being here," you mumble leaning your head on his shoulder.
"I'm always going to be right here. It's you and me."

Time is a funny concept. Sometimes a month goes by in the blink of an eye, and sometimes a week seems like a century. In your prison, time seems to be moving slow enough for you to visibly see it pass. You hear everything though. Every conversation, every footstep that is taken, everything that happens at Alfea. It's what keeps you sane in your solitary confinement. That and knowing that Andreas is out there. Even if he doesn't know it yet, he's bound to find out that you didn't die at Aster Dell. Rosalind must've told him. She must have. Your very sanity depends on it.
Of course, I told him. You cringe at the feeling of her voice in your head. It feels wrong somehow - to have your mind penetrated by someone outside of it.
"I told you, my mind is my own." It does nothing to keep her out though. The right to privacy is non-existent when you work with Rosalind. She wants to make sure everyone is on the same page.
And I told you, this is the only way I can communicate. You shut your eyes tightly but her words still echo inside of your head. The blue light shines through your eyelids and even though you've grown accustomed to it over the years, you still ache for just pure darkness. It's difficult to sleep when it's always light.
A few more days and we'll both be free. You don't reply but she's right. A few days pass and suddenly, you're both free to go. And from that point out, time moves fast. Every step you take is leading you to the man you love. You're almost sprinting when you see him. His arms wrap around you and it's the first time in years, you've been able to breathe properly.
"I thought Farah killed you," he whispers holding you tightly, "I didn't dare believe Rosalind until now." Nothing matters in this moment except him.
"Kiss me," you say and he complies. He's gotten a few extra grey streaks in his beard, but it suits him. You just hate how it works as a reminder for the years you've spent apart. 16 years wasted.
"I was starting to lose hope I'd ever see you again," he mutters as you hug him tightly and hide your face in the crook of his neck. Even if you had forever with Andreas, it wouldn't be enough.
"I do appreciate the sweet reunion, but we have work to do." You pull away to look back at Rosalind. She's right. You need Bloom for your plans and that means you also have to convince her little friends to trust you too. It's not too difficult though. There's a chain reaction when Sky sees Andreas. He's always wanted a father and he's stupid enough not to realize that you don't have to share the same DNA to have that. Convincing him that he's been lied to is easy now that Saul admitted to almost killing Andreas.
Once you have Sky on your side, the others follow quickly. It's almost too easy to make them believe that they're on the wrong side and you suspect Rosalind of swaying their decision in the end but you don't care much how you get there. You'd have done it yourself if you could but you're an air fairy. You don't deal in the business of controlling minds.
"I like the sight of that," you say as you watch Saul being put in handcuffs. Andreas intertwines his fingers with yours instantly creating a fire in your belly. You can't hide the smile on your face as you turn to the man you love.
"Who’s that?” you ask Terra spotting the boy standing next to Sky. You crane your neck to get a good look at him before he disappears outside.
“Trust me, don’t even go there.” Terra shakes her head making a face of pure disgust. You have a hard time imagining he’s that bad if Sky is friends with him but to Terra, he’s a horrible person.
“I don’t think I’ve ever heard you talk badly about someone before,” you tease. Terra is literally always a ray of sunshine but lately, she’s been feeling a bit more adventurous talking back when people disrespect her and you’re here for it. But you’d like her to remain a little neutral for the mysterious boy so you can learn more about him.
“Riven is the worst. He’s just looking for the next party.” Riven. You have a name which is a start.
“Maybe you just have to get to know him?” you suggest but Terra has already made up her mind. Riven is bad news and you should forget him. But you can’t. There’s something about him that draws you in and you have a feeling he’ll break your heart but you can’t help yourself. You want to know more. Naturally, you seek out the only person that can help you.
“Just the man I was looking for,” you say locking arms with Sky and dragging him with you.
“What is going on?” he asks confused and a little upset at you for dragging him with you right before he got the fairy’s number.
“I need your help with something,” you say bringing him to your room where you’ll be able to talk uninterrupted. You motion for him to sit while you close the door.
“As much as I enjoy your company, I have to say that I’m not interested in you like that,” Sky says hesitation evident in his voice.
“Sometimes, you really shouldn’t just assume. I need you to put in a good word for me with Riven.” His cheeks turn red when he realises you’re asking him for boy advice but then he realises what you just asked of him.
“I love Riven, but he’s an asshole to girls. I don’t want you to get hurt.” You’re getting really tired of everyone assuming that you can’t take care of yourself. Don’t they understand that telling you it’s a stupid idea only makes you want it more. You need to see it for yourself.
“Look, there’s a little get together this Friday. Talk to him and then I’ll be waiting with an ‘I told you so’ when you’re ready.” In your opinion, Friday couldn’t come fast enough. You’re on a mission when you enter their room. Riven is pouring beer into a cup when you arrive and you take it as the perfect opportunity to talk to him.
“Mind pouring me one too?” You have no idea how they got a keg in here but you’re not complaining.
“I’m Y/N,” you say trying to speak louder than the music. The teachers must be deaf not to hear this.
“Riven.” You’re hooked. You can’t explain what it is about him but you just know you want him. And by the way he spends the entire night with you, he feels the same way. At one point, he suggests going to the roof and you quietly follow him hoping Sky doesn’t see it. You don’t need a lecture right now. Riven is actually a really nice guy when you get past his walls.
“You know, Sky will kill me for even talking to you. He made that very clear the other day.” He lights a cigarette and offers one to you but you shake your head no.
“Why are you talking to me then?”
“Because I don’t care what Sky thinks. But I should probably warn you, he’s right. I’m not a very nice person.” He keeps his eyes fixed on the view as he waits for your reply. You have a feeling he’s used to people giving up on him.
“I’ve already been warned twice this week. If I didn’t listen to them, I probably won’t listen to you either.” Finally, he looks at you with something that resembles affection in his eyes. Maybe he thought you’d storm off. You inch closer scared to make the first move but desperate to feel his body against yours.
“You’re not worried I’ll hurt you?” His hand moves closer to yours making you tingle with anticipation.
“Everyone can hurt everyone. If I had to worry about that, I’d be a hermit.” He laughs out loud discarding his cigarette before leaning in.
“So, if I said I wanted to kiss you, what would you say?”
“I’d say do it.” He closes the gap between the two of you kissing you gently at first. You can taste the nicotine on his lips but much to your surprise, it doesn’t bother you. He pulls away too soon looking into your eyes. You know it’ll be hard work, it’ll involve tears and fighting, but you want him. You’ve never wanted anything in your life but looking at him, you know you want him.
Hi, can I get a riven request where the female reader loves training for long periods of time and he goes to find her cause he misses her. He eventually finds her and convinces her to come take a bath and cuddle with him all night. Can it be cute and fluffy please? Thanks
He makes a habit of seeking you out when you’ve been training for too long. You don’t realise the time and instead, get lost in your training. You’ve always had this need to keep moving and you excelled in stressful missions but that didn’t work well with having a relationship. Thankfully, Riven never got upset or angry when you lost track of time. Instead, he just came to fetch you when the bed felt too big for him.
“Hey baby,” he says watching you throw punch after punch at the boxing bag. You groan as you try to channel as much force as possible hitting the bag. He gives you five more minutes before he comes over and grabs your wrist.
“It’s almost 1 am. You need sleep too.” He’s right even if you don’t feel tired right this instance. You’ll feel it when your alarm goes off at 8.
“I took the liberty of drawing us a bath. Just a quick one before going to sleep.” Over the past few months, you’ve seen a massive change in him becoming the man you knew he could always be. Sure, he was still a jerk sometimes and he got way too cocky but he was always sweet and caring. He surprised you every day with something small like a note or a flower. He said he wanted to spoil you as much as you spoiled him by loving him.
“Then we’d best get going,” you smile grabbing your things before following him to your room. You have yet to be assigned a roommate which works in your favour when you need alone time with Riven. You can’t use his room seeing as it’s almost always occupied by Sky and Bloom and while you love them both, you have no desire to watch them eat each other’s faces. Much the same as they feel towards you and Riven.
“I even procured a little bottle of champagne,” he whispers and you know full well that he means he stole it from the kitchen. You don’t comment on it instead you shaking your head. Some things never change.
“There you go.” He offers you a glass of bubbly once you’re safe behind the doors of your room and you gladly accept it. You don’t normally drink but you’ll do an exception just this once. Moments later, you’ve both striped down to nothing and are climbing into the bathtub. Gently, he pours some shampoo into his hands before massaging it into your scalp. You love this side of him more than you’ll ever be able to express. You love his soft hands and gentle touch. The way he knows just the right pressure to apply and the tentative look in his eyes. He turns on the shower head carefully washing out the shampoo so you don’t get it into your eyes.
“My turn,” you whisper when he’s done. You follow the same procedure with him washing his hair and using some body wash, you massage his back as well. He leans into your embrace so that he’s resting his back against your chest.
“I’m not done,” you chuckle but he doesn’t care. He just loves being in your arms.
“I missed you today. I didn’t even get to see you at lunch,” he says eyes closed and letting all his weight rest on you. He’s lucky you work out.
“I missed you too.” He hums satisfied by your reply. You let him sit there a little while longer before it’s time for bed. Once dried off and wearing cute pyjamas, you’re both ready to go to sleep.
“I was wondering if you had any plans this summer,” he asks when you’ve finally settled under the covers. His arms are wrapped around you so tightly that you can hardly move but you love the feeling. To you it means he isn’t willing to let you go, and you feel the exact same way about him.
“None at all,” you reply. Your parents will be spending the summer on a yacht somewhere in Solaria and you definitely couldn’t stand the thought of just lying on a sun deck for two months.
“Would you want to spend it with me? I figured we might be tourists on Earth,” he says with burning cheeks. His blue eyes remind you of a little piece of the sky.
“There’s nothing I’d rather do,” you reply kissing him. These nights with just you and Riven are your favourites. When you’re with friends, you’re cocky and act more like best friends than a couple which you love. You’re not a fan of PDA but when you’re alone, it’s like you can’t get close enough. Even now lying in his arms, you want to be closer. You found the missing half to your heart and now you couldn’t imagine ever being without him.
“Good. ‘Cause I already bought the plane tickets from Gardenia to New York.” He kisses your forehead letting the information sink in. You’ll be going to New York this summer. You’ve always wanted to see Central Park, get lost in the crowd at Times Square. You wanted it all.
“Have I mentioned that I love you?” you ask.
“You may have said it once or twice but it’s nice hearing again,” he smiles with his eyes closed. He has almost drifted off when he adds: “I love you too.” He falls asleep with a smile on his face and you watch him sleep for a little while enjoying how relaxed he looks in his sleep. There are no guards up and no walls to crawl over. He’s just content. You too drift off not long after that dreaming of New York and Riven.
Requests: I was wondering if you could do a soulmate imagine for Sky? Anonymous
And
Could you please make an angst/fluff Sky x Reader imagine? Anonymous
And
A cute sky imagine where him and the reader cuddle. Anonymous
You share a unique tattoo with whoever is your soulmate. Of course, this means people drawing their own “tattoo” on to match the person of their dreams. You try to excuse them by thinking of the desperation some people must feel to find their one true love. You have the pleasure of knowing exactly who your soulmate is because you saw his tattoo on the first day of school when he stretched after a workout and his shirt slid up to reveal the anchor on his lower hip. It’s just that you think he’s sort of a jerk so you refuse to act on it. You won’t fall prey to this idea that the universe decides who you can and cannot love. So, you date. You date everyone you can find who’s willing to test your theory that you can create love without caring about a silly tattoo but no feelings develop.
“This is not working,” you tell yet another guy that’s been your test subject for the past two weeks. You don’t want to admit that perhaps the tattoo could be a real thing because that means you end up with Sky. The obnoxious specialist who cares way too much about his hair and not enough about how to treat people. You see him date Stella who most definitely is not his soulmate but apparently, neither of them cares.
“I thought things were going pretty good,” he smirks trying to pull you in and as a result bringing you back to the present. You push him away trying not to care about the hurt in his eyes.
“I said we’re done.” You get up and leave feeling the frustration hitting you once again. Why is it so hard to find someone that isn’t meant to be your soulmate? It’s a rhetorical question by the way. All around you people are showing their tattoos to random people in the hopes of finding the one they’re supposed to love for the rest of their lives while your anchor is hidden under three layers of foundation. Four months pass before you slip up. You’re during a speed round of fighting in the ring. Two people in the ring, one punch sends you to the back of the line to wait your turn. If you block, the fight continues. You’re a sweaty mess after an hour and you don’t think twice about wiping your forehead with your wrist. The foundation comes right off leaving your tattoo exposed. It’s not fair that you’ve gotten yours in the most obvious place.
“Would you look at that? Ready to lose?” Someone somewhere in the universe is playing a cruel joke on you. Sky is standing opposite you puffing up his chest after Stella cheered him on. There’s no way in hell you’re losing to him - all worry concerning your tattoo forgotten. The bell goes off and you successfully block every punch he throws at you.
“Give me a real challenge,” you say deliberately provoking him to rush his punch allowing you easy access to the ribs.
“Hey, what is that?” He doesn’t care about losing anymore but you’re standing completely still from pure shock. How could you be so careless? Months of work thrown into the bin because you just had to win.
“Nothing,” you say hiding your hand behind your back.
“Is that an anchor?” he insists stepping towards you.
“No. It’s a clover. Totally not the same thing.” You rush inside hoping you’ll be able to lose him in the sea of students flooding out from the classrooms. You’ll be damned if you fall into the trap of believing the idiotic notion that sharing a tattoo means you must love each other. Eventually, he does find you though.
“I’ve been looking everywhere for you,” he says sitting down next to you. You’re not even going to try and run. You’ve been running all day trying to avoid him and still, he seemed to be everywhere you went.
“And now you found me.” You rub your tattoo - a habit you’ve picked up lately as a sign of your nervousness.
“I guess we share a tattoo.” You feel the cool air send a shiver down your spine.
“I guess we do. But I’m not going to date you for that reason.”
“You don’t even know me.” And I don’t want to. Though you can’t make yourself say that. It’s like your mind is purposely trying to keep you from hurting him.
“How about this? Give me 1 hour and if I haven’t convinced you that I’m actually a decent human being then I’ll never bother you again.” You’re saying yes before you even have a chance to think about it. You don’t consider Stella who’s probably pretty upset about this turn of events or the fact that you’ve sworn not to give him the time of day. Apparently, you’re not thinking with your brain anymore. Three hours pass before you notice the time.
“I should go inside.” You don’t move though. You want to deny the truth but he actually seems like a nice guy. It’s crazy how different your perspective can be depending on the situation. Watching him with his friends, he seems like a cocky idiot but with you he’s so different. He’s down to earth, calm and the best part is he’s not trying to impress you with crazy stories of his heroic acts or anything. He’s just Sky who likes to talk about music and once in a while mention a few books that really resonated with him.
“You know what I’ve always wanted to do?” he asks completely disregarding what you just said. You shake your head no waiting for him to explain.
“I’ve always wanted to sleep under the open sky.”
“Are you crazy? We’ll freeze to death.” It’s probably a bit of an exaggeration but you’ll definitely freeze. He opens his jacket and looks at you.
“It’s pretty warm if you stay close.” You’re screaming to run far away and ignore just how good he looks right now, but your body isn’t listening. Instead, you cuddle up with him wrapping the jacket tightly around you. That night you stay awake talking about everything and nothing wrapped up in each other’s arms. By sunrise, you know you won’t be able to go back to avoiding him. Your riot has failed.
“Why did you ignore me at first?” Sky asks and you can’t help but laugh.
“I wanted to prove that we weren’t bound by who the universe thought we belonged to. I’m my own person.”
“You can be your own person and still be meant for someone. One doesn’t exclude the other,” Sky reasons and regrettably, you have to agree.
“How do you feel about me now?” he asks. You don’t bother responding instead just leaning in and doing what you’ve been wanting to do for the past few hours. He’s taken by surprise but once he catches up, he’s quick to deepen the kiss.
“I guess pretty good,” he chuckles once you break apart. You can’t hide the smile on your face even if you wanted to. He gently traces the shape of your anchor which has an oddly relaxing effect on you.
“So, you believe in soulmates now? I convinced you?” he asks with a smile.
“You definitely made a good argument for your case.”
Request: Growing up the way you did doesn’t exactly make it easy to make friends. You get used to being a lone wolf but revelations at Alfea makes you want to change that. @melisacharles
TW: Abandonment issues,
A/N I tried to include as much as I could but the request mentioned poly relationships which I don’t do and I didn’t recognize the powers you asked for so I did Dragon Flame to match with Bloom 😅 But everything else should be included. I hope you enjoy! 💛
You look in the mirror trying to perfect the bun you’re currently sporting. You’ve got the natural curly hair that can be hard to control if you don’t know how to style it correctly but a bun fits your features perfectly so a bun is what you’re going with. You put on a pop of colour on your lips perfectly matching your brown skin. Today will be your first day at Alfea and you feel the nerves starting to arrive. You’ve always been more of a lone wolf never getting attached to anyone because you’d experienced first-hand how easily someone could just walk out of your life. Your biological father had left your mother long before you even had the chance to enter the world and while your mother had been the best mother in the world and did the best that she could, you still struggled with the feeling of being abandoned. In all honesty, he didn’t know you were going to exist when he left but you’d sought him out when you turned 16 only to find him with another woman.
After that you started keeping to yourself always being the listening ear but never allowing yourself to open up. Your mom had raised you to be kind and compassionate, but you still struggled letting people in. It doesn’t stop you from entering the grounds of Alfea though. It’s the most beautiful place you’ve ever seen. What confuses you the most is when you see the redheaded girl with fire abilities the first day in class. At first, you brush it off as just another fire fairy because there’s no way you’d meet another fairy who wields the Dragon Flame.
“Y/N, I’m so glad to finally meet you.” The headmistress of Alfea is walking right towards you abruptly forcing you to focus on the present and not get lost in your thoughts. You look away from the fire fairy and smile politely.
“Your mother has told me so much about you.” You’re not sure why but it gives you an uneasy feeling in your stomach that the headmistress has already talked about you with your mom. You didn’t want her to worry about you.
“Only good, I hope.” She motions for you to follow her as she leads the way to her office. You’re not sure what you could possibly have done wrong to be in trouble already considering it’s only the first day of school but you keep quiet as you follow her not wanting to make it worse.
“As I’m sure you’re aware, there’s another fire fairy who started this year,” she starts you sit down in the chair across from her desk.
“Yeah, I didn’t quite catch her name.” You’re not sure what this has to do with you but you’re hoping she’ll get to the point so you can get out of here.
“Bloom wields the Dragon Flame same as you. I believe that your father is her father.” This is not what you had in mind when you woke up this morning. You see your own reflection in the mirror behind Headmistress Dowling seeing the look of pure shock on your face. Your dark brown eyes are wide open from the surprise of finding out you have a half-sister.
“Does she know?” you ask wondering if Bloom is waiting outside feeling what you’re feeling right now.
“It’s more complicated in Bloom’s case. I’m not sure she’s ready for that kind of knowledge yet.” And you are? You’re not sure if you should laugh at the absurdity or start pulling at your hair out of frustration.
“I need some air,” you mumble already looking for the exit.
“We’ll need to discuss this further. There’s so much more to uncover and I’m hoping you’ll be able to help.” You want to help but you also want to run away and never come back. You compromise and head for the forest just needing a minute to yourself. The boy sitting on the tree log smoking a joint seems to disagree with you.
“Sorry. I didn’t figure anyone would be here.” You’re about to leave when he pats the space next to him.
“There’s room for one more.” And that’s how you get to know Riven. That log becomes your log as time goes on. Headmistress Dowling insists on your help trying to piece everything together since there’s not much literature on the Dragon Flame and the only thing that gets you through those meetings are knowing Riven is waiting for you outside. Bloom still doesn’t know and you’re not eager to tell her. The more people that know, the higher is the risk of it getting back to your mother and she really doesn’t deserve to learn what your father did with his time after leaving her. It’s a closed chapter and you don’t want to reopen old wounds.
“So, Bloom is your sister?” Riven asks. He’s the only one you’ve dared confide in and you’re not even sure why. You’re still debating whether you truly trust him or not but he’s been the only one persistent enough to get through your walls and that means something to you.
“Half-sister,” you correct him. You’re sitting much closer than necessary on the big tree log out in the forest. It’s the only place you can speak freely.
“How do you feel about that?” You’re not feeling great, but you have to admit that the idea of having a sister could be exciting. You’ve yet to work up the courage to talk to her seeing as she’s always surrounded by her friend group.
“I wish I could make it easier for you,” he says giving your hand a gentle squeeze. It feels natural when you lean over and kiss his cheek. It feels even more natural when he turns his head and kisses you. He bites down on your bottom lip deepening the kiss. You’ve wanted to do this since the first day you met him but your head has been a mess and you needed to figure your feelings out before you acted. But it feels right with him. You’ve kissed a lot of boys and girls before but it’s never felt like this.
Walking back to Alfea hand in hand is what gives you the courage to finally go talk to Bloom and it turns out she’s not so bad. It’s weird how different she looks compared to you when you share some of the same DNA. You have big plump lips and the small button nose - you might share the nose though. Terra is the first to welcome you into the group with a smile. You catch yourself wishing you could leave the table sometimes not used to so many people talking to you but Riven rests his hand on your thigh under the table letting you know that he’s here for you. It’s what you need to stay seated and get to know your sister who is not that bad all things considered. You just might end up enjoying your time at Alfea.
Request: They are soulmates but Saul is stubborn (all the angst) and refuses to accept the bond until reader gets hurt and we get an epic love confession. @kingunder221b
And
She's close to graduation. Her friend, also a fairy, is really into potions, he's brilliant at that. He hides his stuff in her room and something goes wrong with his last potion. The reader is hurt and it's like in a fairy tale, she falls asleep. The difference is, she's trapped in one big nightmare and her heart will give up if they don't find a solution. They try everything, even go to Dowling, but nothing helps. The only option left is true love kiss, so they go to Silva. Anonymous
A/N Italics are the nightmares and I tried going for a little bit of a horror theme though nothing too bad. They can be skipped if that’s not your thing. I’m not sure if any of this falls under trigger warnings but please let me know if you want something added 💛
There’s no denying it though Saul tries very hard to. His soulmate is not a student at the school. He refuses to believe his own eyes as you hold out your arm with the exact same scar as his. Same shape, same placement, same everything.
“This is a mistake,” he says making it seem as though it’s somehow your fault that the universe decided that the two of you would be right for each other.
“With that reaction I’m not exactly too fond either,” you sneer upset that he so willingly disregards you. All your life, you’d listened to people finding their soulmate and falling head over heels in love within seconds. Like they’ve been walking around blind and now they can finally see. That’s what you expected when you found your soulmate - not a grumpy old man desperate to get as far away from you as possible.
“We should keep this information to ourselves for now,” he says and you couldn’t agree more. Why would you want to tell everyone that your soulmate refuses to acknowledge your bond? What Saul doesn’t tell you is just how terrified he is finally having found his soulmate. He’d made peace with the fact that he’d spend life alone. He’s terrified that you’re so young compared to him and that he won’t be able to give you everything that you want. He’s already raised Sky and he’s not eager to think about doing that again. The best action for him is staying away and allowing you to fall in love with someone who can be what you need. It’s just not how this soulmate thing works.
Upset from his rejection, you run straight to Logan’s room hoping he’ll be back soon so you can cry on his shoulder. You’re not sure if you’ll be able to tell him what happened but you know he won’t push you if you don’t want to talk. He doesn’t get there in time though. You have no way of knowing that the book you grab to inspect as you wait is actually a secret storage box. The weight surprises you and it slams onto the floor. Something breaks inside the book which confuses you even more. When does books contain glass. When you open the lid, a weird dust spreads making you cough violently. Your eyes water as you struggle to breathe. Within seconds, you’re lying on the floor looking as if you’re blissfully asleep.
“Y/N!” Logan runs over to shake you awake but he knows it’s no good when he sees the smashed bottle. Without wasting another minute, he runs right out the door to find Mr. Harvey leaving you to your own worst nightmare.
“Hello,” you call out walking down the empty hallway. It feels like you’re underground but you can’t be sure without finding a window so you keep walking. The first thing you notice when you enter the new room is the blood soaking your slippers. The white bunny slippers are now red and you feel like you might be sick.
“Hello,” you call out once more hoping someone will hear you.
“Hello,” someone says in a mocking tone. You spin around to find yourself standing there? Is it a mirror of some kind?
“I’m not a mirror, you idiot. I’m you,” it says carelessly throwing a knife into the air and catching it again, “but without all the weaknesses.” You want to scream but suddenly, your mouth is sewn shut. When you reach up to touch it, you feel the thread closing your lips together.
“I figured that was the easiest way to keep you from yelling. God, do you ever shut up?” The thing takes a few stops closer to you still clutching the knife in their hand.
“Sorry. That was a very dentist move of me, wasn’t it? Asking you a question knowing full-well that you can’t answer.” You must’ve sprouted roots because there’s no way you’d still be standing there if you were able to move. Carefully, the copycat lifts the knife to your mouth letting the tip of the blade run across the thick thread.
“Poor thing, huh? Not even your soulmate wants you. It’s sort of like mommy and daddy all over.”
Your body is being transferred to Mr. Harvey’s office as well as the powder you inhaled. Logan knows exactly what potion it is but there’s no cure in the records. No cure to wake you up and it’s all his fault for not storing the potions correctly. He knew he should’ve kept them under lock and key but half the stuff in his room, he wasn’t even supposed to have.
“I’m so sorry, Mr. Harvey. I never thought anyone would get hurt.” He looks down at his best friend lying on the table and he swears he’ll never be so careless with potions ever again.
“It’ll do you no good to dwell on that now. We need all hands on deck to figure out how to wake her up again.” What he doesn’t mention is the fact that he’s not sure how much time your heart has left before it stops entirely. The stress it’s being put under is nothing like Mr. Harvey has ever seen before.
“Fight, Y/N,” Logan whispers.
You want to scream at yourself for bringing up mom and dad but you can’t. The knife comes to rest on your throat so that every time, you take a breath you feel the cold blade on your skin.
“Should I be quick or slow? What do you prefer?” Once again, you try to scream but to no avail. The first cut takes you by surprise. When the copy of you brings the knife down to your chest, you get worried. Could you really kill yourself like this?
“Blink once for quick, twice for slow.” You blink once waiting for it to be over. You don’t know why you’ve given up so easily or why you not even for a second think to use your magic but you just don’t have a fight in you.
“Perfect.” The blade pierces your skin until it reaches your heart. You feel the heart beating faster in an attempt to persevere but it is futile.
“I’ve tried everything, Farah. Every solution the greenhouse has to offer and nothing works.” Three days pass with Harvey working hard to reverse the potion’s effects but nothing helps. You stay asleep and your heart continues to beat itself to death.
“Do we know who their soulmate is? We should probably inform them,” Ms. Dowling says bringing out a vague memory in Logan’s mind. He runs straight to the library hoping his theory is right.
“Is everything okay?” He looks up to find Mr. Silva standing there.
“Y/N is hurt. I’m trying to find a cure,” Logan says grabbing the book and running straight back to Mr. Harvey but this time Mr. Silva is right behind him.
“True love’s kiss!” Logan exclaims finding the fairy tale in the book from Earth. He shows it to Mr. Harvey and Ms. Dowling who scans over the fairy tale of Sleeping Beauty.
“Then we must find her soulmate,” Mr. Harvey says and while Logan knows it’s true, he also knows you haven’t found your soulmate yet. He’s about to open his mouth when Saul beats him to it.
“I’m their soulmate. We just found out a couple of days ago.” He was so scared when he found out he was your soulmate but watching you lie on that table he knows he can’t let anything happen to you. It’s the reason he leans in and places a gentle kiss on your lips. The effect is almost instantly. You open your eyes very confused and terrified out of your mind. Is this another nightmare?
“It’s okay. You’re safe,” Saul whispers holding your hand tightly. You don’t need words as you look into each other’s eyes. The love is evident even if Saul tried to run from it. Seeing you in pain like this had awoken something inside of him and he swore from that day on that he’d always protect you.
