Argh great my Android updated from 6 to 8.1 giving me a whole range of new things to hate:

- round icons that I cannot change

- dumb status icon that I have ringtone off, I FUCKING KNOW OKAY

- andoird clock still the dumbest fucking clock in the world

But on the plus side:

- they’ve turned on heating in my building

Hoping I can maybe buy a new drawing tablet tho, cause the one I’m using kinda sucks. The system storage need to literally just run the tablet itself, without any other apps, photos, or any other things, is legitimately 48 out of my 60 GB.

Fuck you Android, don’t have over HALF THE STORAGE BE THE SYSTEM ITSELF. THAT’S STUPID. IF NEWER UPDATES TAKE UP TO MUCH STORAGE, PUT A FUCKING LIMIT ON HOW MANY UPDATES IT CAN RECEIVE BEFORE IT LITERALLY MAKES THE DEVICE UNUSABLE

I fucking hate that they kept the screenshot shortcut on android to the power + volume down buttons even after they moved both to the same side of the phone.

I gotta move my hand off the phone and awkwardly tilt my phone to the side to press it, and if my phone isn't muted the screenshot noise makes it look like I just quickly snapped a photo of the person next to me like a creep

I'm finally transferring my shit over to a new phone and the whole process makes me want to scream. I hate that every function has been integrated into google. I hate that I can't uninstall every app I don't want. I can't even turn off all the fucking apps. WHY?

Every step is so fucking agonising because it feels like I'm getting my things picked apart and redistributed to places I didn't want them to go. I'm not a technophobe, I just wish my devices weren't trying to track and monitor every inch of my life at all times.

Well i know probably nobody cares but today i found something that made me very happy. I was just messaging a friend and i was looking for a cute heart emoji when i accidentally entered the flag emojis area. I don't know how to call it but you know what i mean. Just so you get the story i have an android so i have the android emojis. You know the ones that are not circle the ones that look like someone had stepped on them so they are a little bit deformed. So well i was just in the flag emoji area and i was just going to go to the symbols or whatever those are area when i saw something. I suddenly noticed something that I hadn't seen before. THE FUCKIN PRIDE FLAG

Ok guys. Now I'm sad. I'm fuckin devastated. I was so happy I was going to share this with you but no. I was looking for the pride flag emoji to show it to y'all but I have just realised it doesn't exist. Nope. Nopity nope. Android still has no pride emoji. I guess that i saw it in some app that has it's own emojis. Good job app. Bad job Android. I guess I'll still have to use the fuckin white flag and the rainbow. Y'know what i mean.
