Leon gets to have one last dinner with every notable person in his life he thinks he failed to save. He cannot get up, as his arm is cuffed to his chair, and his legs are tied. Marvin is there, but given his zombie status, he’s limp in his chair. Kendo and his daughter are there, but Kendo spends the entire dinner tossing insults at Leon. One empty VIP chair is addressed for one Ada Wong, however she never shows up. Luis and Simmons are relatively normal, however Luis is mute, and Simmons slowly deteriorates into the state he was in post getting shot. Lastly, Emily is there, and she refers to Leon as Grace.
