going off-topic for a second again. Any of my friends here having problems getting healthcare? I've applied for Obamacare at least four times, and kept getting denied without any sort of explanation. Today, I finally got an explanation, and it said that because I wasn't pregnant or wasn't an immigrant. Or under 21 with a kid, or wasn't working 100 hours in a month. I'm an unemployed student with an injury I've had since October, and I couldn't get it checked because of this. Obamacare is the absolute worst. It really is. Let's hear your stories, so I don't feel so alone

My trip to my ER, where I had an x-ray and given a simple sling, cost me over $1,000. Fortunately, my mother works at the hospital and as part of her benefits package, she is given free services... This is obscene and I am reminded that i'm incredibly lucky and how entire medical system is fucked and unsustainable. It'll create more poverty and suppress and progress out of the lower rungs of the economic class.  Socialized medicine we need it now. Goddamit. #singlepayer #fuckobamacare

Fuck the Government

I'm so livid right now. My parents work so hard and are such generous people. And now they're getting screwed by the government. Their health insurance increased by 57% because of Obama's Affordable Care Act. That is ludicrous. Completely ludicrous. Now they either have to pay a shitload more or get a new insurance company. They are going to get another insurance company but I am going to fight. I am going to become more political and fight for the capitalism that America once prospered on. This country is falling apart and all this socialist bullshit is bringing it down. They worked for their money and the lazy slobs who don't are now profiting. They drain our country for disability checks, welfare, fucking bullshit and now guess what? They get health insurance. Congrats! Im coming for ya.
