I hate to take any Medicine! I’m convinced, Pills are the equivalent to using band-aides to set a broken leg...not the right tool! I believe, They (meds) simply treat the symptom. If you take the pill, the symptom@disappears but the underlying issue still exists. For example...I was prescribed a pill (actually 2 different acid blockers) for Ulcers & Acid reflux. The Dr says Here, take this before bed & this one 30mins before any meal! I said, No! I’d like to understand WHY my body is reacting w high amounts of acid production, I feel it’s a few different food sensitivity issues & I’d like to start with an allergy test. To which, I was informed I needed an Endoscopy to PROVE I had an ulcer. Yep, I have 1, it’s not bleeding, doesn’t appear to have been bleeding or causing other mutations (cancer) and I shld take the pills to heal the belly. Well, I ignored these Drs. I proceeded to learn more about food, my belly & overall Health including Gut Health which is essential to All other aspects! Needless to say, I don’t have Acid reflux or daily Ulcer issues...unless I make poor food choices! If I put garbage into my body, my body reacts with garbage behavior! #duh #fuelthemachine #goodfood #healthy #life #paytheFarmer #farmfresh #eatlikeyoumeanit Found this little company Imperfectproduce.com No more dumpster diving, no more wasted produce Bc it’s ugly... this company will send it your way.
