𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒓𝒔 🍷 One of the very first things I teach my clients is that calories are not something that need to be earned, they are something that our bodies NEED to LIVE and BREATHE. But, for a long time, I almost feared food • I worked in a toxic office environment where calories were earned not a necessity, where points certainly didn’t mean prizes and where it was socially acceptable to take anything that suppressed your appetite/ helped you ‘burn’ or simply pee a little more so that come weight day you were a little lighter. I never used to think about the connection between training and nutrition and would wonder why I felt so light headed in the gym when I was eating the 1200 everyone (apart from those I should have been listening to) said I should.
