Found another old photo of me today from 4 years ago. A few people have messaged me saying “I can’t imagine you ever being big” well 2 years ago I was 18 stone. I don’t have any pictures of me at my heaviest but these are close ➡️➡️ I have always struggled massively with binge eating. I have never been more excited to learn how to eat to maintain my weight because it’s something I’ve NEVER done. I’ve been stuck in a binge/starve cycle for so long. Even on the diet I’m on now I have been eating more consistently and healthily than ever.
