Arguably, I eat the most fruit in South Africa, and I have yet to see my weight increase in a negative way. However, we have been told by otherwise 'deeply informative health experts' that fruit and fructose make us fat, which then leads us to follow fad, quick-fix, dangerous, calorie restricting, and unsustainable diets. FRUIT IS THE MOST NATURAL FOOD ON THE PLANET THAT HUMANS CAN CONSUME. It doesn't need any altering or preparations. Just pick, peel and eat. The same way a lion (true carnivore) it's meat... RAW. If anybody knows anybody else in SA that eats 2 litres of watermelon, 25 bananas, 1kg of grapes, 10 apples, boxes of cherries, strawberries and naartjies, amongst handfuls of nuts and seeds, on a daily basis, please get us in touch. I would love to see how fruit is 'killing' them.
