For 16 months or so I pulled double overhand, in order to prevent imbalances in muscle development. Well, I've got imbalances, in trap and lat and leg. Now it's time to fix them, in order to get stronger overall. So far, right hand under looks and feels best. With practice I hope to get better at deadlifting with this grip, and to even things out. Speaking of balance, I'd love to rant to you about historiography and Hegel and theses, antitheses and syntheses, but that's another post, from another dimension.
