Well the pie lady stopped by. I think she had to rush this order because the biscuits weren't browned and the pumpkin pie wasn't done. 😢 I ain't going to waste it though. First time that's happened though. I do usually order up to a week ahead of time but this time I ordered the day before. I'll definitely try to stay a few day's ahead. She had her baby almost two month's ago now so I'm sure she's busy. Maybe I can finish cooking the pie in the rice cooker? 😕? I still don't have a stove. Suggestions? I really like her shepherds pie. And every other pie I've got from her. BlackBerry Peach Blueberry BlackBerry and ..... blackberry 😊 I love that BlackBerry pie!❤ I should get a?? Dang? BlackBerry cobbler? I love apple of course but maybe? I want to say Lemmon Ice Box pie but no one knows how to make them properly and I like mine with either no meringue or very very little if any. I try to do this twice a month. Because it's more home cooked at time's but this time of year it starts to be more canned foods it tastes like. Which I'm really trying to get away from but out here it's canned frozen or pickled. Anything in glass is ok but I'm really hurting and don't need any more canned foods right now.
