In first grade, after lunch and recess, we'd sit with our heads down and the lights off for a while. One day during this time, a guy was doing something with his pencil and our teacher got really mad and grabbed the pencil and snapped in half.

This one time, I was taking a survey that asked me to describe an instance but as usual, I found myself unable to think of a specific time when something vague happened. (This inability is something I'm not proud of.)
