Its all about balance... This week I'm reminding myself this year is my year for non-committal, sounds odd right? But in my mind this means, pull back and don't sign up to so much. Last year I was a member of so many clubs/courses it became a little overwhelming as albeit their offerings were superb I couldn't keep up. So this year I'm scaling back commitments and planning what I need and want. Time is a big factor so I'll be outsourcing elements to allow me increased creativity time. Do you outsource?
