Commitment Issues

I hop from hobby to hobby.

Never settling on one.

If I’m lucky it keeps me entertained for a month or two.

Before I get bored again.

Why is it so hard?

It makes me rethink my personality.

Am I anyone if I can’t decide?

The one quality I can continuously call myself is noncommittal.

Actually, I can list several.

Apathetic, disinterested, lifeless.

They all end up meaning the same but words are important.

The more you have the more you are.

And in a body where I have little to keep, I hold the words I own tight. Even if they are to my detriment.

I’m in the mood for romance. For a non-committal person such as myself, this is a problem.
