2015 12 14 - workout
I had 6000iu of Vitamin D, and I felt crazy restless for most of the afternoon. I really needed to move. Found myself on the floor, stretching out, moving low on the floor, crawling, crab walking, cossack squats. Felt nice.

It was fun. My hands had a satisfying fatigue after a while and my upper back felt nicely used.
