Something funny I think about, if humans and furries coexist in your sona's world, how the hell are you gonna differentiate between human furries and actual furries? (This thought is why in my sona's world furries are called Anthros/Anthromorphs)

Yes, finally, the pika fursona everyone was waiting for finally justifying the "pika" in "pikabyss"... she leaves the mascot (Cat Pikabyss) do all the social work (and simping), but, yeah... that's the real me. She's the one who truly writes and draws and lives in a cave and doesn't want to commit to anything... the one who's so French she can barely make up an entire sentence verbally, the one who's addicted to youtube and melatonin and play pokemon unite all day. This GUY.

Pika-pikabyss and Pikabyss have a connected mind. So, yeah, they're just one side of a coin each. The fursonas lore is getting wacky, but we love being wacky here.

Oh! My fursona!

This is Sweefis, they use any pronouns, and is a Tanuki! He’s mostly me lmao, so is a gremlin who loves Angela from miracle mask. But since they’re a tanuki and I love Japanese folklore— she is able to shape-shift.

I picked tanuki cuz tanukis are cute and my favorite animal, plus in stories of tanukis they’re mischievous creatures, kinda like me :p

I was wondering about your sonas! I see you have a universe with them, but they also are your sonas. Do the in universe ones differ from the sona ones, or are they the same? I hope this question makes sense!

i have many universes with them!! they don't differ much from universe-to-universe, the only things that change may be an outfit or their interactions and relationships with each other and other characters.

for those unfamiliar with my characters, here are the four lads:

CHARACTER VS AUTHOR UNIVERSE

sebastian, octis, loke, and arthenos all know each other, as well as myself, and we all interact as if we're five roommates in a sitcom

TO RESURRECT A HEART UNIVERSE

octis' universe / story.

loke, arthenos, and sebastian may be present as background characters, but they don't play a significant role.

INTERVERSE UNIVERSE

sebastian's universe / story.

loke, arthenos, and octis don't play any roles in this story.

LUCUS SOLARIS UNIVERSE

solarpunk / solartech universe; still a work in progress.

all my characters exist in this universe and intermingle.

was initially part of sebastian's INTERVERSE universe, hence why he's on his phone in every drawing, but has since branched off into a similar universe to INTERVERSE.

UNBURDENED UNIVERSE

loke's universe / story.

slightly intersects with octis' TO RESURRECT A HEART universe. a few of major characters from octis' universe appear here, such as adontis and asathanos.

sebastian and arthenos may be present as background characters, but they don't have major roles.

GOLDEN DAYLIGHT UNIVERSE

arthenos' universe / story. still very much in the drafts [sorry arthenos]

loke, octis, and sebastian haven't appeared here yet.

since i'm rambling about universes, figure i might as well mention a couple miscellaneous one-offs i love that while they don't have a lot of lore behind them, they're fun to play with and draw.

Renard the full moon god. (From my fursonas lore!)

Renard or moon gods are known to take different forms to the people who see them. As a moongod is known to be an anomaly who takes odd forms that betray trauma or fears, they get bigger as the person they are connected to get older and in some cases are able to break off into to separate forms.

They can have odd intentions to people who have them and most the time the forms who are the kindest or relaxed have the worst intentions.

Besides this little lore dump for yall! I'm probably gonna make mini sketches or doodles of how moon forms work or something and like the God species I made works and stuff :3!

i just spent 5 consecutive hours writing about a literally nothingburger of new sona tie-in lore that changes and adds literally nothing overall in the most indescribable way that makes me sound like i'm going mad using circular reasoning on purpose and this is the most miserable i've felt after finishing a writing session in a while

it's now 3 in the morning and i'm pretty sure i've permanently reduced my sanity meter doing this

god things would be so much easier if i had normal sonas/ocs, or if they just didn't Need to manifest lore that wasn't insane trying to explain

If you hug my fursona’s tails for long enough, you’ll start to turn into a foxgirl yourself.

It isn’t permanent, it generally only lasts a few hours unless you hug them again to re-apply the magic.

Taxonomically speaking it’s technically a curse, but most of the people she spends time with don’t really see it that way.
